How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

More option for food during breakfast. Comparingbwith the same level of Hotel I beleived breakfast menu here is quite minimal.
Room is super cozy and bed us super comfortable clean and its upto date with facilities.

My air conditioning unit wasn't working very well. I should have mentioned that to the staff to give them an opportunity to fix it, but I tried to just power through. Other than that, not real issues.
The staff at the hotel were all great and helpful. I liked how spacious my room was. I also ordered room service multiple times and the food was always good, and reasonably priced by room service standards.

Breakfast buffet was not replenished right away. As early as 7 a.m things like rice and eggs were already gone and not replenished.

Everything on our stay is good except on our check out wherein we kept calling the reception to send a trolley for our luggages (we have booked 4 rooms so lots of bags/luggages), but no one answered, that we ended up going down ourselves with our bags.
Location is right next to SM Clark, very accessible to restaurants area of the SM Clark extension site and the entrance to the mall is just a 1-2 minutes walk on a almost covered pathway. The staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and check out process. The room and bathroom size is average, not that big, suited mostly for business travelers, who just wants to take a rest. But the amenities, bed, pillows, everything inside the room are nice, up to par with other known brands of hotel. The pool area is standard/small, but again keep in mind this is like a hotel for business travelers/conference meet-up not for people who wants to have a "grand hotel vacation" looking for that wow IG-worthy shot by the pool.

Lack of communication relating to booking. No one replied to msg, emails phone calls. Things advertised, pool BBQ etc don't exist only for advertising.Hotel is used by big groups for conferences so reception staff pushed to the limit. Simply put staff doing their best but management is poor
Clean, food was good,typical Radisson hotel of that level. Small rooms minimal services but value for money. Close to the mall with all amenities and restaurants Stand out staff who saved our four day family vacation. Denver reception, Randy, restaurant, Daniel concierge over and above help.

The towels were quite worn out. For the price, they should really provide more presentable ones. The soundproofing was also poor we could hear people from outside and in the neighboring room. I suggest turning on the TV to help block out the noise. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel overall.
Perfect location just beside SM Clark. Their food service is available 24 hours, and the food tastes great. Towels are changed daily, and the king bed is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was okay too. We didn’t get to try the pool since it was raining it would be nice if they had an indoor option. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store near the hotel, which is a big plus. Parking was not a problem. My mom and sister loved this hotel. I will definitely book here again!

Tiny very basic room. The bathroom is so small you can't even turn around in it. Room is incredibly overpriced with 8200 pesos for such a basic and small desk chair bed tv set up
