Coron Town has scheduled power cuts so you might not have power for 12 hours between 6-6) but this only affects the air con and hot shower (you can still have a cool shower and use the fan).

James and Glenda are a really lovely couple, both friendly and helpful. They sell water outside at a good price and advise on fairs to places to ensure you won’t get ripped off, along with renting snorkelling equipment for your island hopping trips (often at a better rate than the tour operators) The hotel is in a great location amongst the shops and restaurants in Coron Town. It’s also close by to the public market where we watched basketball on Saturday night and played pool with the locals. Also very close to the docks for the island tours. We felt very safe in the hotel as James, Glenda or a member of their team were always around outside.

The location is very good, with the Restaurant street just around the corner, and 500 meters to where the boats go from. The owner of the hotel is very helpful with scooter rentals, boat trips etc. The room was very small though, it's not 15 sqm, but rather 10 sqm. But, the shower was warm and a big shared fridge just outside the room was cold - so with it's central location it was good value for money in Coron town :)

Right in the center close to everything but still quiet to sleep at night. Staff are helpful and there is always someone on the door late at night. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Value for money was excellent.

Pricewise all was really ok.

We liked the location. Reasonably quiet while close by the busy streets. Rooms are simple but ok. Beds are quite hard but maybe we simply like softer beds more. Personel is professional but could be a bit more interested in their guests.

Central to little shops, bakeries and delicious restaurants. Many things and attractions were in walking distance. Comfortable beds and the 3 of us had ample room to rest.

Ants in the toilet room, but quite common for the Philippines and for the price definitely fair. It was loud early in the morning - staff were not shouting but because we were so close to them we heard everything. Nothing we could expect them to change, just something to note if you want a slow morning.

Great value for money, with a great location. Bed and room were comfortable, and shower was OK by local standards. For the money, overall it was great.

Few little bugs here and there especially in the bathroom. Felt a bit dark inside of the room due to being on the ground floor and facing another building/ apartment. This also meant you could hear people getting back in the night as the bed was right next to the door.

Good location right in the centre of Coron town. Very friendly and helpful staff, they assisted us by arranging transport to and from the airport. Comfortable bed good aircon.

The hotel keyschains are super long so it doesn't fit in your pockets well. But it's a very minor comment!

Helpful hotel staff in the middle of Coron town, opposite a quaint coffee place and super near the nice food places. Hotel staff did not hesitate to help arrange laundry and airport shuttle services. Everything in the room is super clean.

WiFi Not cleaning the rooms after 2-3-4 days

Basic and average. Didn’t clean my room even though I’d asked. That really pissed me off tbh! But in whole.. I kinda knew what I would be expecting before I booked. WiFi was all over the place so didn’t get much work done.

It's just plain basic - room, toilet, furnitures. No amenities but you don't need any of those extra if you're out in the beautiful beaches anyway.

The place is close to everything. You get out from the accommodation and the restaurants and shops are everywhere. They can book day trips for you so you do not have to worry about anything. You didn't plan ahead? No worries, they got it and for the same price too. You need anything at all, they can give you recommendations or even do the booking for you. They treat you as a guest and as a family as well.

Very noisy Air condition so we switch off for night but it was so hot after that. If you turn on you can't sleep so it's up to you how you like sleep 😏

Nice and clean small hotel very friendly owners. You can rent all equipment for snorkeling and also Gopro with extra batteries so you can record all your trip. Internet working good in all rooms. Breakfast you can order what you like but you need to pay. Or you can go out. All shops and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was in a very good location a short walk from the Main Street of restaurants. Room and bathroom were large and clean. Aircon and a fan available. We booked boat tour B through the hotel which was a very good price (1200) we really enjoyed the trip. A shared mini van was also booked through the hotel for 250 per person to get to the airport.

We stay here every time we visit Coron. The facility and staff are outstanding and have never let us down. If you're a foreigner and need a room in Coron, I highly recommend The Seascape. The price is very competitive to other places in Coron, and even better when you compare the price for quality to your home country.

Free water refill, no plastic bottle is great. Not to come to room unless we request. We like that good service. Friendly and can hike motor bic. quiet room with aircon on on higher up floor.
