In Alaminos for Island hopping, and very close to the Wharf to get on a tour. Very walkable, with restaurants or a tricycle to take you into town. Came in after a Typhoon so they had to switch our accomodations to a different building, next to an open lot. Don't let that get you down for the access you have to getting on an Island hopper. AC and WIFi were outstanding. Bathroom a little antiquated, but the value is in the space, and the couple that supported us were outstanding, forgot their names. Plus there is a store in front you can buy whatever you need, snacks, liquor... Then a 7-11 on the other side of the streeet.

There were ants and a few cobwebs. Also, due to the hot weather, the air conditioner and the wall fan were not sufficient to cool the room. The water pressure during our stay was low but still tolerable since we were able to use the pail and dipper for bathing. These are just some noticeable matters that my kids noticed but nothing to worry about. I would still recommend this transient house.

It is very near Lucap Wharf, 3-5 minutes of walking and the place for the Tourist Information Center is already there. The place also provided an area for cooking which we did not expect. There is also a refrigerator. There is also a parking area in front of the transient house and a parking area inside a gated area. A big plus is that the owner is considerate since we had to change our scheduled dates due to an important matter.

Near the hotel there aren’t good cafeterias. We don’t need anything, but for two nights stay, saw stuff only when we arrived.

Good location, pier just a short walk away. Also restaurants and grocery stores very close. Nice common terrace with kitchenette. Wifi worked well, as did the AC. There is even a fridge.

except for the noisy road in front of the house (which might be not so loud if you go ther off season) this accomodation is excellent. Close to harbour with ample space.

We were given the keys when we arrived, but the woman never explained to us about wifi, or how to use common kitchen. Bathroom sink is broken no water at all, water in the unit sometimes get turned off without notice and it happened when we were taking a bath. Pictures online does not represent actual rooms. I would pay a bit more for better accommodation in the future.

This place is ideal for families who need to go on a weekend trip to Hundred Islands, affordable and value for money. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Walking distance to the wharf. There is also a dirty kitchen to use and plenty of space in the bedrooms and living room. Private and secure parking.

May I suggest to please install bidet in the comfort room for convinience

The location is very near to the hundred islands national park.Caretakers are helpful.and responsive to the needs of their visitors.Kitchen utensils are available so you can cook free of charge.

The AC from the room needs upgrade as it was hot. Then one of the bed foam needs replacement or repair

The smaller room with bathrooms is not well maintained..there's holes here and there..ants all over the place..definitely needs to be remodeled if they want to attract local and especially international tourists..

Location very near the wharf..4 minutes walk. It accommodated all of us in the group. Short drive to town proper where nice restaurants are..

The other room that I reserved was good for 4 people the ac is not really working fine and it is really hot and the water in the shower is coming in and out. But that is all we did not like and all is good

I like the place near the beach port and the staff are good. You can cook and at the same time they have a good ambiance.

the place looks like maintain properly. there are broken door handles, holes and black marks in the ceiling and the toilet stinks when we get there.

the place is spacious enough with good balcony to chill at night. also the kitchen is equipped with necessary stuff for cooking.

Nice accommodation! Walking distance to hundred Island. We arrived at 4. 30am and we're able to leave our luggage at the accommodation which was really nice because it was so early!

Some beds are not comfortable. Street noise can be an issue.

It is very convenient for visiting the Hundred Islands. Sharon, the caretaker, is very kind and helpful.
