Great spacious accommodation with a big bedroom and access to a shared kitchen area and lovely bathroom. Sheena the owner was absolutely lovely and so helpful, she made us feel so welcome. Air con was good and there was also a a fan in the room. Outdoor space to dry clothes was also very convenient. The place was spotless and brilliant location.

This was my favourite place I stayed in the Philippines. Sheena the host is a lovely person who has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing even going as far as to help us when we got scammed by a tour guide. The bedrooms are clean, well-furnished, and spacious. The communal areas offer everything anyone could need, and the surrounding area is very quiet and safe. I honestly cannot fault Xavier’s Place.

The neighborhood is heart warming and welcoming. Dave’s house had everything you need and he makes you truly feel at home. Thank you so much for the great time I’ll never forget!

Germania27 comentariiSuperbI would have loved a gas stove for cooking. The place is getting hot, but the AC is working well. The AC is loud, but this is the case for every AC in the Philippines.
It is a big, new and very clean place. Everything is taken care of very nicely. I felt very safe even sharing the apartment. The host was always reachable and super nice and helpful. Cleanest and best bathroom, I had in the Philippines. Internet is working very well and there is free drinking water.

Sheena and her family are a real great group of people, unintrusive yet super willing to help with any and all issues a first time visitor to Coton island may have. And I had a few 😅. Thank you guys for inviting me at your dinner table and cooking a mystrious filipino dish for me to try the next day at lunch. I still refuse to know what it was but it was Delicious 🤣. As for the accomodation I liked the fact that the property is brand new and guest are allocated their own entrance to the upper floor with 2 large rooms, a full shared kitchen and bathroom with even a long sunny balcony.
