Nice hostel Great location

Some noise from outside during the night time

The location was excellent.

My room was right next to the common space. People were drinking and shouting in Polish and Italian constantly til past 1.30am (when I finally got to sleep with headphones they were still going) The toilet flushed constantly all day and night. My lock didn't work well in my room. It took several attempts everytime to lock or unlock. Given that the room has to be locked from the inside with the key, if there had been a fire, this could have been dangerous. . One night I came back to the hostel to find police talking to a homeless man who was attempting to sleep in the lobby. Also, not easy to find as signage says Mosquito hostel instead of LazeMaze. I've stayed in 20 different countries this past year, several cities in most and this is the first time I've left a bad review.

Everything is fine.

Very noisy, I heard every word and step from hallway. It was impossible to fall asleep before 3am, until noises end. Also there was no toilet paper in toilet.

Location, great value

No staff, no reception. Having difficulty to find my bed and messaged them to ask if I could change the bed due to the locker issue, no one replied.

The hostel is in a convenient location, not far from the central railway station and the historical centre of the city. There are several supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to find food and essentials. The building itself is nice with easy access, and my private room with a shared bathroom was comfortable. The staff I interacted with were friendly. Since I only stayed for one night and had an early morning flight, I didn’t have the chance to use the kitchen properly, but it seemed like a good facility to have.

The self-check-in information is supposed to be sent on the day of arrival before 11 am, but I only received it after reaching out to the hostel directly via Booking. Towels do not appear to be included in the booking and are listed as an extra charge (5 zloty) according to a sign in the bathroom. When I asked about this, a member of staff kindly said they would bring me a towel free of charge, but unfortunately, it never arrived. There also seemed to be some lack of organisation with communication: in the evening, I met another guest who was unable to enter because the door code had been changed the same day without prior notice, and the staff were not replying to her messages at all. And be aware that there is no staff at the reception.

Good location, quite clean room.

We've booked a double room with private shower. We had a really hard time contacting the remote reception, as they responded to our messages only once per day. We had an issue with the shower that was never fixed. We also ordered some towels the first day (because they are not included) but we never received even after three days. In general a really disappointing stay.

The location is great, very clean, I had my own room with a private bathroom and it was great for the price!

the staff were under influence, so we didnt feel safe. we had to stand in front of the door for half an hour. nobody would pick up the phone or open the door. Our locker was taken by some other person. the water was cold even though there were no people using the bathroom.

Nothing. CATFISH HOSTEL!

Hard to find, weird vibes from the very start. Hostel is not what it seemed online - pictures looked like a different place. I walked in and there were workers doing the lights at 22:00 and all stared at me confused when I walked in. Didn’t see a single female in sight apart from me. I felt so vulnerable and scared. Dodgy, rough and under renovation I guess. Very uncomfortable. I left straight away and found a different accomodation. Definitely NOT for tourists, certainly not for solo travellers (especially females)

Perfect location, clean, comfortable beds. Quiet

My small toiletries bag was stolen for some reason. No one knew English when I asked about it. Needs more dishes, toaster.
