Misunderatanding about dinner prices - I triple checked and confirmed the price for the dinner, but when we had to pay at our check out - price was way higher, than we were told.

It had everything you would need for a stay with a kid: pool (both children and adult), dedicated times for children for the pool, saunarium (adults only), amazing views to Zakopane mountains, beautifully designed, all new spaces, restaurant, kid’s inside playground with lots of options to play, animators programmes, outside playground, spa and other relax areas.

There was no hairdryer in the room, but you can request one at the reception. It would be nice to receive towels when entering the spa area instead of using the ones provided in the room.

Polite and competent staff, delicious breakfasts, and a large, beautiful territory. The room was comfortable with a lovely mountain view. The spa area was very clean — the pool and jacuzzi were spotless, and the saunas were cozy and pleasant. I’m planning to stay at this hotel again for my next vacation.

Everything was amazing. Breakfast is lovely, there are saunas, pool, jacuzzi. You can get massages as well. Bed and pillows are comfortable, room is clean and cozy. Staff speak English.

Little bit out of the centre of Zakopane and the enter road was very bad.

Rich breakfast and really nice wellness with jacuzzi, big pool, small kids pool and some saunas. Really nice stay for families with kids.

Nothing. I was pleased with all aspects of this hotel. I didn't use the free Spa or swimming pool, as I was busy elsewhere. Local bus services (circular 14 & 18) pass within 100m.

Breakfast was self service, with lots of local cheeses, & hot & cold meats. I ate outside, in a beautiful setting. Staff were friendly & helpful. It is child friendly, yet quiet & well organised.

The room was a bit small and it was difficult to climb into bed.

The hotel surprised us with a very beautiful spa.There were two Finnish saunas, a steam sauna and an infrared sauna, and there was ice. A large swimming pool with a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The room was very clean.

There are just a couple of things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong during peak hours, so I often had to switch to mobile one. I also had a minor issue with the hot water, the shower was only lukewarm, but the staff resolved it very quickly.

Last night a group of people came to have a party. Very noisy till 3 AM, playing music, driking alcohol. This is unacceptable for such relaxing and family friendly hotel!!! Too expensive lunch-dinner (served 4-6 PM). No dinneer option in the evening. Nearby restaurants closed out of season.

Very nice wellness, great pool + a few saunas. Very good breakfast. No problem with parking. Great idea - viewing "tower" on top of the hotel.

Everything was good.

The room was clean and tidy, with an incredible view of the mountains. It was very quiet in the room. The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us with many things. The service definitely exceeded my expectations.

All was amazing!

Wonderful spa zone with warm pool, the best jacuzzi ever and 4 saunas (2 hot, 1 steam and 1 infrared), very clean and new. Breakfast was best of the best!! Very good and helpful stuff. Location is not very far from restaurants and amuse facilities. Big parking place. Mountain scenery and Zakopane styled houses - what can be better? :)

Nothing, everything was good.

The breakfast was amazing, loads of local options such as the mountain cheeses. Spa was convenient after a long day walking. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location ideal only a short bus ride away from the centre in a peaceful village. Room was spotless due to hard work from their cleaning team. I really enjoyed my stay here and will certainly visit again.

Everything was OK

Beautiful luxury hotel with wellness. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast with wide variety of food is included. Swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi are possible to enjoy without extra cost. There is a free parking.

Pillows were really uncomfortable.

SPA facilities were really nice, especially after long and active day exploring the nature. On first evening when we arived, there were just two of us who used SPA facilities.
