Very dog friendly environment. There was a snack for dog and bags waiting in our room. In resort, you can find dog playground and pong, where dog can swim :)

- it’s not property’s fault but there is construction going on everywhere nearby so driving to the town can take 30 mins these days, some roads are closed etc - parking fee makes no sense for a resort like this and only causes negative emotions, why don’t you increase the price slightly instead? - dinner option only after 7 pm if you are not HB and expensive - as mentioned many times, wellness area is really small, crowded most of the time and not sufficient for the size of the resort, sauna is only good for kids and steam spa is only good if you don’t sit down (as the bench is cold). There should be an adult wellness with a proper sauna and place to relax.

- the pond - the breakfast - check out till 12 - our small kids enjoyed the wellness area - coffee machine and tea in room - big enough bathroom with a washing machine (would be even better if toilet was separate when the appartment is meant to accommodate 5 people) - the lobby looked cool

Pool is very small and it’s out of the town centre.

Breakfast is good but restaurant is not so big therefore in the morning it tends to be overcrowded, people standing in a line waiting for a table. Same with welness, it is a small pool with sauna and steam bath and jacuzzi outside. It is very nice but only when not overcrowded.

Very nice, cozy apartments on peaceful place. Clean, newly build, good location for hikes and potentially also skiing. Quite decent breakfast, nice small welness.

Nothing. It could have had a gym but that’s not a big deal, as I don’t mind a rest from the gym on holiday.

We rented one of the 2 bedroom apartments with kitchen in August and it was definitely one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. The room was amazing, the resort fantastic and the breakfasts excellent. The pool/spa area was also very good and the opening hours fine (some places have limited opening time). Overall I would definitely stay there again. Wisla is a very nice town too; well worth a visit.

We had to sleep with open windows (no AC), and guests were talking loudly outside until very late.

Great, quiet scenery spacious rooms with proper queen/king-size beds fully equipped kitchen free (and really tasty) mountain water free of charge available in building breakfast meeting our expectations

The swimming pool area. The swimming pool itself is very small, not really suitable for true swimming only for staying in and spending time in the water on its own. If you want a proper swim you may be a bit disappointed and need to look for swimming elsewhere.

The resort looks lovely and is really family friendly. We liked the kids facilities, the play room, the outdoor playground and the pond area, all of them great for kinds to play. The breakfast was nice and had everything needed. We would recommend the place.

This is a great place to stay and spend time outdoors for example hiking as we did. The pool, saunas and spa are really good. The breakfast is simply outstanding.

It's definitely a great resort for couples or families. The resort is located in a peaceful location - close to downtown but kept a certain distance away. It's very close to nature and has few courses for walking and light tracking. The composition of the breakfast is excellent, and the pool/sauna/jacuzzi/massage salon for guests are a little small, but it's a very good additional facilities. Although there is an additional cost, there is one more plus in that pets are free to enter and stay.

Hot steam sauna was not working during our stay and dry sauna is quite small.

The only thing we didn't really like was the spa - the thing we actually chose the resort for. It was a little bit too small. We definitely visited while off season and sometimes it even got crowded. We couldn't imagine staying at Vislow resort while skiing season, we bet the size can't be enough. We would definitely expect more space in a relax zone which didn't really remind of a private space. We would also welcome a little higher air temperature in it. Some of the lockers didn't actually work and the second day there were no towels left to use and the staff didn't seem to be happy to get us some. We also didn't have a lovely experience with the receptionist while checking in who didn't seem friendly at all. As for the cleaning service in the rooms, we didn't expect to have our towels changed as we left them on the hangers - which is the "safe the environment" policy in the resort. We were not angry but we wouldn't mind wasting less... :)

The whole resort is a very lovely and peaceful place. The apartment was well equipped with everything we may need. The breakfasts vere amazing and especially, I'd like to thank for being prepared for people on special diets. I was very happy to get a gluten free bread every morning. The staff in the restaurant and bar were nice. We were nicely surprised by the cleaning service every day - and for suplying tea and coffee.

It’s modern rooms, fresh and clean with everything you need for short-long term accomodation. Additional benefit is a fresh forest’s air, it was amazing

Small beds. Like, really small.

Rooms were very modern and clean, the restaurant was quite good, and the wellness area was small but enjoyable. Nice for young families.
