We could barely connect unless standing right next to the window. This significantly hindered our stay, as we rely on a stable internet connection. Television: The TV was not functioning properly. We missed the football match between Germany and [other team] due to this. When we requested assistance, the staff mentioned they could not help. Garden and Behavior: While trying to walk in the garden, the owner shouted at us rudely, claiming it was a private area. This contradicts the listing on Booking.com, which advertised the garden and a barbecue area as accessible amenities. Parking: The listing mentioned parking availability, but there was no designated parking space. We had to park on the road, which does not qualify as proper parking. The most distressing issue occurred upon arrival when we were informed that the property is "kid-free." This was not mentioned in the policy on Booking.com, and it caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, the property tried to charge us €25 for our child under 2 years old, which is unreasonable given that the rate for 2 adults was €53 and for 3 adults €59. While the room was clean, essential amenities such as the internet, TV, and parking were inadequate. The owner's behavior, especially their "kid-free" comment, was offensive. This was particularly troubling as the policy did not mention such restrictions, and there were options on the website for special requests regarding children, which we did not utilize as we did not need them.
