  “First of all, the price/value ratio is great! We booked a room number to visit Art Basel. Host provided us with free public transportation voucher which we used all our stay. There's a tram connection with the city center (around 25 mins from the nearest station). The great advantage was that we had a free parking spot. Although we had a shared bathroom, it was so clean that we didn't have a feeling that it's shared at all. In our room (which was facing the road and the green field) we had a beautiful terrace with two chairs and a coffee table. We used to enjoy the beautiful sunset time there. The nearest cafes and restaurants were in 10-15 mins walking distance as well as the nearest grocery store.”

  “Doris, the host was exceptional, welcoming us into her beautiful home. The accommodation was a large comfy self contained room with fridge & en-suite on the top floor of the building in a quiet residential area. Breakfast was tailored to us. Locating the place & parking was easy. The walk to the efficient trams into Basel city centre was simple. We’d recommend.”
