    “Everything was as we'd hoped and more. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was at a high standard throughout. Fluffy white towels, pristine bedding and extra pillows if needed. The best shower ever. Most of all Michelle the sommelier was wonderful, he made supper time so enjoyable. He asked us about our preferences with wine and gave us some perfect pairings with our meal choices. But more than that he was engaging and humourous and didn't make us feel gauche when he prepared our wine glasses prior to our tasting the wine and we thought that was for us to taste, he was an absolute professional. Supper time in Da Mimmos is a celebration, they totally understand that you're there to enjoy the evening with delicious food with a great ambience.”

    “Disgusting hotel i have ever seen. Its not even the hotel just a building who wanna shove all the people and scamming them by showing a fake picture on the website. At very first i didn't check the rating and reviews. But by looking to the pictures on the website I trusted it. When i reached the destination it was a complete shock for me. At first he messaged me on the booking.com the we can not verify the card details and then took the extra money at the property. This isn't the first time that has happened to me when i went to reviews there were plenty of reviews stating the same experience. Secondly when i reached to room it was on the third floor without the lift and the room was a nightmare. This isn't the same building they have shown on the website. Smelly rooms the bed hight was more than me . It wasnt even the bed just a cardboard storage unit with infinity hight and Mattress on the top no hygine at all cockroaches on the bed toilet were smelly as in some one pissed and forgot to flush. To be honest given an option to stay at the railway station or this hotel. I would choose railway station and if @booking.com is featuring this hotel , you are questioning your own reputations. Such an awful and disgusting experience #booking.com”

    “Very bad. The guy seems not welcoming. Very old building. Toilet door we need to shut it from outside with someone’s help. No cups, no towels ( need to pay it says). No necessary things at all. Don’t take it guys! Worst experience in my holiday.”
