This person was really helpful, always attentive to our needs and his connections to help us get services like restaurants, car rentals or nightclubs are very good. Everything was at a fair price and of very good quality. His property is on very good locations everything we were able to do walking

It is apartment where smoking is allowed so even though there was a lot of room fresheners which ware a bit overpowering for me so I moved them in the hallway. And when the air cleaned out of this room fresheners, I could smell the cigarettes. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Very clean and modern apartment. comfortable and well equipped. Amazing location and very nice and helpful owner.

Floor 5/5 - no elevator ( not mentioned in the announcement) The floor was not mopped . We got our feet dirty .

It is the 5th floor, without the elevator. That is also not stated in the listing, and with two small kids and a grandma it was a bit difficult but not a big problem. I would like to have known it before I got there.

Clean and spacious, great location even if the map location in the listing was not correct. Free Private parking!

The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. We stayed for 1 night, so it was sort of okay, but, it wasn’t a nice surprise.

The apartment, bedrooms, location was perfect! Bathroom(s) were also perfect, clean, new and comfortable. All rooms had airconditions

The only thing I didnt enjoy (as a non-smoker) was the cigarette smell in the whole apartment.

The host was very nice & friendly, the apartment was spacious, central location, with everything you need for your stay.

The bedrooms can be noisy due to party people walking outside. It didn't bother us, but if you can be bothered by such noise - you should sleep on the couch. I didn't mind the walk up the stairs but I imagine it might be inconvenient to some - it is on the 4th floor without an elevator, so probably not ideal for people with strollers or small children that will need to be carried upstairs. The only things I didn't like were: -there isn't a dishwasher -i would have liked having more cups

Amazing location. Very important for our stay was that we parked and didn't touch the cars by the time we were leaving. Everything was close enough to walk. The weather was not great but the apartment was warm. We had an amazing stay. The place was spacious enough for two couples and 3 kids (8yos). It was clean. We had coffee capsules free to drink. Communication with the host was easy

Although we arrived late at night, Vladimir was there to assist us. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location is in the center of Nis.

There is no elevator, it is 4th floor. So for us with 3 little kids was a little too hard. But we managed to cope with it, so have that in mind.

The apartment was clean and modern—a lot of space. The location was perfect just 150m from the center of Nis and the pedestrian zone. There was a parking space for us. So we had everything we needed for our stay.

These are not complaints, just observations: the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. If you have issues with climbing stairs, keep this aspect in mind. Also I believe a microwave oven and a bread toaster could be a welcome addition to the kitchen.

Really cozy and spacious, with two bathrooms and a balcony. The host was friendly and helpful. The location in the heart of the city is perfect and it has its own private parking.

Excellent location in the city center, less than a minute walk from the main square and other touristic places. Apartment is modern and was spotless, with all the amenities we needed for a night. Easy communication with the hosts and no issues at check-in and check-out.

The host was incredibly friendly and adjusted to the time of our arrival, they showed us around the apartment and were very easy to talk to. The apartment was clean, more than big enough for four people, the location was incredible and it was really useful to have private parking space. Would stay here again!

Veri clean property, right in the centre, close to shops, restaurants , supermarkets and a lovely park. Parking, internet.. everything was perfect.

The apartment was on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, but that wasn't a big trouble, since the host helped us carry our luggage.

The only thing we didn't like it was that apartment was on 4th floor and there is no lift.

Everything was good and same like on photos in the site. The most important thing was everything was very clean. We will go again.
