We had a very pleasant experience at Bed and Breakfast Majesty in Niš, where my wife and I stayed for one night each way — on our trip to Greece and on the way back. The hosts – Vladimir, his wife, and their son Djordje – are exceptional people: extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Although we arrived after the reception closing time, they waited for us and provided all the necessary information about the accommodation, parking, and the main attractions to visit in the area. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian zone and the city fortress. Breakfast was varied and more than sufficient. Parking was included in the room price and located in a secure area with barrier access – a big plus for safety. The parking spaces are indeed quite tight, but Djordje kindly guided us, and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Niš. The host Vladimir is wonderful person who take care very well of his quests.The room was clean, beds confortable and clean, bathroom aswell very clean. The location is very close to che city center of Nis and has free parking spot in a private area.We stay one night in Nis, because we split the road in two parts on our way to Greece.

The only thing that slightly irritated us was the automatic switching off of the light in the windowless bathroom. When a person was hidden in the shower and the sensor did not detect any movement after about 1 minute, the light switched off by itself. Showering therefore requires continuous waving over the shower wall.

Clean, well-furnished rooms (fridge, air conditioning, TV...). The beds are very comfortable. It was nice to sit outside in front of the café, which is part of the accommodation building, with a refreshing water wall. The room also had its own spacious balcony with seating. Breakfast in the form of a pre-prepared table included everything (pastries, butter, cheese, jam, ham, salami, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, water, juice, coffee, tea, etc.). A huge advantage is parking in the courtyard, in our case in the garage. The entire owner's family is very kind, they care a lot about the satisfaction of the guests.

During our travels, we stayed one night at this hotel. The price-quality ratio is excellent, and the owners, Vladimir, and his wife are very hospitable and helpful. There's a very positive atmosphere, and the hosts are genuinely willing to help you personally with everything. The car is parked in a secure private parking lot. The kids didn't want to get up early for breakfast, so Vladimir and his wife very kindly prepared a lunchbox for them to eat in the car. Thanks, and perhaps we'll see you again next year!

The accommodation is in the city center and the parking of motorbikes in a closed area in the garage was perfect. Pleasant sitting on the terrace. The owners were perfect. They advised where to go for food and where there is something interesting. Thank you for everything, it was perfect.

The property was very clean, the host was very helpful, after arrival explained us everything, even what and where we could find in the city. A true local Patriot! 😉 The breakfast was also well prepared according our agreement with the host. I would recommend anyone for short or long stay in Nis. If we will travel again to Serbia, Nis, definitely we will stay here again.
