Appena arrivati ci siamo immediatamente accorti che la stanza fosse molto fredda, nonostante la presenza di termosifoni. Subito dopo abbiamo notato la mancanza di una presa elettrica in bagno, dove, tra l'altro, non era presente nessuna modalità di riscaldamento, di fatti il bagno era gelido. Lo abbiamo fatto notare alla reception: sono state molto gentili nel proporci subito altre alternative, tutte però presentavano la stessa situazione della nostra camera, ovvero: fredde e senza prese elettriche in bagno. Abbiamo optato per cambiare stanza e scegliere una un pochino più spaziosa. Ci hanno proposto di portarci due stufetta in modo da poter riscaldare di più sia la stanza che, avvicinando la stufetta in bagno. Purtroppo è servito non a molto: una volta attaccate entrambe, é andata via la corrente. Ci dispiace molto perché la posizione è ottima, ma tutto il resto ha lasciato molto a desiderare.

As we are located in a historic building, some limitations in heating and electrical installation can be challenging, but we are reviewing these issues with our maintenance team to see what improvements are possible moving forward. In the meantime, we will continue to offer the practical solutions available to us, such as extra blankets and portable heaters, to make our rooms as comfortable as we can. I’m glad to hear you appreciated our location, but I’m truly sorry that the rest of your stay fell short. mancanza di ascensore per accedere alla mia camera poca luminosità nella stanza alcune lampade non funzionavano bagno troppo piccolo

Recensione verificataL'hotel è in posizione super strategica per ogni tipo di gita, passeggiata e voglia di shopping. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile e la colazione ottima ed abbondante. C'è sempre un angolino con biscotti e bevande per una fika in compagnia!
Le camere sono piccole e buie. Abbiamo preso 3 camere e tutte affacciavano sui vicoletti laterali, dove passano camion e ritiro merci che già dalle 6 del mattino fanno molto rumore. Una delle stanze aveva un forte cattivo odore, mentre il letto di un'altra non era proprio il massimo della pulizia. Nel complesso tutti gli ambienti sono molto piccoli ma essendo in una costruzione storica almeno si apprezza che non lo abbiano ridotto ad un mega hotel senza anima. Il prezzo è molto alto, ma a Stoccolma costa tutto tantissimo quindi direi che nonostante il prezzo di una camera singola senza vista sia davvero alto forse nella media di hotel così centrali è accettabile.
