We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Neat and tidy, literally everything you need for accomodation, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own food.

FinlandEverything was perfect, but a loundry machine would be an amazing extra, then we would definitely come back again (maybe will anyway)!
Great location, Mercator just few meters away, close to center, walking distance to Lake Jasna, nice path next to river! Host is really friendly. Apartment is clean, beds are comfortable, two bathrooms. Lots of cooking stuff like spices, pasta etc, also bathroom has a lot of extra. There were cookies etc waiting for us. :)

FinlandService was excellent: the owner helped us out a lot when we needed to find a place to stay really last minute, 9 pm at night. The apartment wasn’t ready but they came to clean it up right away so we were able to stay there. The apartment itself was also good, it had everything we needed.

CroatiaParking is public but it's not free, which is not mentioned in description. Bunk beds are in the living room, not in the bed room. It's a bit tricky when you have small children who go to bed early.
The apartment is very nice. Very well equipped and clean. We stayed with our friends and kids. It is warm and comfortable, and has a lot space for two young families.

AustraliaUnfortunately through no fault of the owner the noisy air conditioning from upstairs rattled through the bedrooms all night leading to a poor sleep. There is no windows to open for ventilation in summer making the place stuffy and hot. The shower is only hand held which means washing hair tricky.
Nice touches in a homely little apartment.
