Parking could be better

Very spacious and has everything you need. Check in and out was very easy too. Location is perfect with a shop right across the street

The second (twin) bedroom needs significant improvement. The bed coverings appeared heavily stained. Paint was peeling off of pipes above the beds. Could have more basics: kettle but no tea, coffee maker but no filters. The "terrace" was a dingy patio facing the very steep car parking area. Overall, the least pleasant stay in Slovenia..

Reviews consistently highlight the property's long-standing condition issues. The furniture is outdated, with a damaged wall in the dining room preventing proper door closure. Bathroom mold and a rusting radiator contribute to an unpleasant atmosphere. Sleep quality suffers from the noisy AC pump outside the small bedroom, while heating pipes positioned directly above the bed give the space an unfinished feel. The main couch is stained and has an unpleasant odor, making it unappealing to sit on. Technical amenities disappoint with unreliable, slow WiFi. The parking space is also quite narrow, making it challenging to exit the car from either side. Given owner's reluctance to renovate - citing the building's 30-year age as justification — a price reduction would better reflect the accommodation's actual value.

The location is ideal, the host is friendly and prompt, and the apartment is spacious and cozy. It was reasonably cleaned and tidy, considering its overall condition. However, it’s crucial to carefully examine the photos to choose the right apartment, particularly Baki I (with the terrace), as it can be easily mistaken for Baki II, which I’m unfamiliar with.

The apartment is for 4-5 people, but you don't even have same 4 glasses or 4 coffee cups, you don't even have a pot to do a meal for that many people. We had to cook bolognese and store it in our tupperwares to do spaghetti in the same pot. We stayed for New year's so we had to go and buy glasses and plates to make and plate ourselves different food. So very under equipped. There is also no extra blankets. Other than that if would be a solid apartment, but it would need some renovation and deeper cleaning to be really comfortable.

Forniture litle bit outdated.

Perfect location in center. Supermarket and restaurants 2 minutes by foot. Privat parking in front of aparment. Nice bathroom with washing machine.

Very slow WiFi. Check-out time is quite early, especially considering the late check-in time.

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, rich with facilities - great for families. Very good and quiet location, close both to town center and to skiing tracks, as well as a big market and a pharmacy.

Complicated check in arrangements. No where to park. No helpful tips. Staff really unhelpful and ruined our holiday. Sauna didn’t work, lack of glasses, not enough towels, no washing accessories despite saying all included. No toilet rolls. Coffee machine didn’t have coffee despite saying it did. Couldn’t buy in supermarket next door and waited for maid to bring all eventually she came and only brought some and coffee didn’t work

Pipes from water heater are going through one of the bedrooms and are very noisy. Sleeping in the room was not very pleasant. We were told there is nothing to be done. The apartment is very dark. Also the terrase was not cleaned for a long time.

Spacious apartment, very clean. It has a super big living room and also a terrace. Situated near the center and has also parking.

Everything was as described. Check in was very easy and fast. The apartment is suitable for 3-4 people and everything what is needed, is there. There's parking place and wifi.

basement apaprtment, dated furniture, beds are really uncomfortable, heat pump (the indor part) is located in the hallway and shares a wall with one of the bedrooms, the noise in the bed is constant and also the pipes from the heat pump go by the head of the beds (visible if you look at the pictures from the apartment).
