We didn't sleep too well the first night as the pillows were too high for us so we had to use small cushions from the sofa, but that is just a personal preference. I would also recommend to use an eye mask if you like a dark bedroom, as there are smoke alarms in the bedrooms which flash.

Beautiful modern apartment on the ground floor of a new building on the outskirts of Kranjska Gora. Everything was absolutely spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was lovely to have a bath and heating as the weather turned colder while we were there. Our host, Adela, was so kind and brought us blankets, slippers, a bottle of sparkling wine, croissants, homemade jam and cake. The living room was very comfortable with a huge sofa. It was very quiet but within easy walking distance of the centre of town which had lots of restaurants, and the area was excellent for hiking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adele’s apartment. Although it was just one night, we appreciated every moment! The apartment is exceptionally clean, quiet and cozy! It is conveniently located in just 5 minutes walk from sledding trail and 7 minutes from town center, where you can find plenty of cafes and restaurants. The host is very friendly and provides us with great tips on what to see around Kranjska gora. We followed her suggestions and were truly impressed by the sights we discovered. We will definitely return one day and will recommend to our friends!

Would have liked a toaster, but otherwise had everything we wanted.

We loved the apartment, all as described. and very spacious. Plenty of space to park the car. Great location, just 10 minutes walk into the town centre with good supermarket and bakery. Communication with owners excellent and great hosts.

A gorgeous apartment - exactly like in the photos, perfectly equipped — you'll find absolutely everything here, just like at home, even nail scissors. Even though it was around 30°C outside, we didn’t even need to use the installed air conditioning, as the apartment stayed pleasantly cool on its own. The owner of the apartment is very kind, great communication. Perfect location – right next to the bike park and the cycling trail, a short walk to the town center, with Lake Jasna just a short walk in one direction and the Zelenci nature reserve in the other. We had a such a great time here. Next time we're in Kranjska Gora, we are 100% coming back!

Service with a Smile! Everything is there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It feit like a luxury hotel with a living room and kitchen on top. With (shared) garden to live outside. The lively village Kransjka for groceries, bakery, ice cream, several restaurants, bikes hire on a small 10-15 minute easy walk. Appartment is directly at the bicycle path Alte Adria from Salzburg to Italy. Just few kilometers from Italian (relative flat crossing) and Austrian borders (mountain pass), 30 min drive to Bled. Adela is very helpfull and kind. Recommend!

Adela's apartment is extremely well thought out and equipped. Her attention to detail is supreme, and I appreciated that there was sufficient of everything, and then she had thought of the things that make a visit easy - clips, bands, plasters, washing pods. Her attention to detail extends to her advice on local sites and amenities. The apartment and exterior were spotless and exemplarily clean and tidy. Overall, a superb place to stay and to feel welcome.

The position in Kranjska gora. Calm area, very good for the baby. On the road for cycling, easy for baby stroler. We had nice little walk (3-5min) to the center of Kranjska gora with our 3 months old. Top appartement 👌

The apartment isn't very well soundproofed and sadly we could hear lots of plodding about above us day and night as its on the ground floor. The owner was very receptive to our concerns and did try to minimise the noise with her neighbours but we were still bothered by it so it wasn't as tranquil as we had hoped it would be. The outside patio is shared so on the one evening we sat out we were bothered again by noise from the same neighbours on the same patio so we wouldn't stay on the ground floor again it wasn't the stay we had hoped for. No view from the apartment as the patio is in a hollow with banked sides and trees block any evening sunshine. No opening windows in both the bedroom and bathroom, so it's reliant on air conditioning ventilation. It met our exceptions from a comfort but not from a peaceful and surroundings perspective.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, high quality fixtures and fittings with plenty of cooking and kitchen equipment including a washing machine. It's very spacious and has plenty if space to relax. Close to the town but not within walking distance in the evening as it's about a 20 to 25min walk so you have to drive and park which can be expensive. Good location to drive to the trailhead for day hikes and the scenery around the town is spectacular -it's far better than Bohinj and was our favourite place to hike in Slovenia. Nice places to eat in the town and the supermarket in town is well stocked.

Everything is great but it would be nice if the glass pane on the bath for the shower was a bit bigger so that the bathroom floor doesn't get so wet when showering. We also wanted to light a fire (when we booked the fireplace was one of the reasons we chose this place over others), but the host told us she doesn't provide bioethanol for the fireplace in summer. We were there at the end of spring and we would have loved a fire at night for the ambience so we were a bit disappointed we couldn't.

The house is really spacious, clean and modern, and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is not in the main town but it is such a close walk that the location is still great.

Adela was excellent she she was so helpful and her English was perfect. A good location a bit quieter than town but only a couple of minutes walk away. Everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the city. The hosts are very friendly, even though it's not our first time in Kranjska Gora, they tried to tell us what new things we can see. Very neat and spacious apartment, equipped with everything. They welcomed us with gifts for both us and the children. We will definitely come back again. Quince liqueur is something delicious that we tried from the hosts

Great apartment. Great location - close to everything - slopes, walking trails, restaurants. Huge advantage - in 20-30 minutes by car you can enjoy excellent food in Italy or if you prefer to try Austrian cuisine. Sparkling clean and tidy. Has everything you need to feel at home. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Great place for a vacation - both winter and summer.

Only 1 bathroom, 10-15 minutes walk/3 min drive from the main Kranska Gora ski track.

Very very good condition of apartments and extremely clean. They have everything you need - washer, dryer, shoe dryer, dryer rack, storage room for ski. Availability of sledges and ice-slides. Very nice and knowledgeable host.

Thank you for all the Christmas treats. They made our stay extra special. Our kids also loved using the sledges at the nearby toboggan area. We had a lovely white Christmas here!

Warm water got cut off after a few showers so it seems there is a limitation before it replenishes itself. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the neighbors talking all night. Lucky for us that we had to only endure this for one night.

Everything seemed clean and new. Apartment was spacious with a full kitchen! Location was perfect being a few minutes walk from the ski slopes in a less-crowded area and close drive to Italy. Also easy to get to the center of town. Great to have 2 actual beds that were comfortable with clean sheets. Hosts were very kind and attentive.

Everything! It was clean, everything you need was there. Their hospatility was superb and you could always contact them if needed. The area was really nice. Closeby the small city with different restaurants and a supermarket.

The weather wasnt perfect, It was raining a lot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Reset Apartments in Kranjska Gora, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel at home. The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to shops and restaurants, plenty of opportunities for bike touring. Easily accessible is also Italy. Thanks to its periferal location, the accommodation is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. Itt happened to me that I got stuck during my bike tour because of leg cramps about 40km away from the apartment, was unable to get back to the apartment, called the owner of the apartment and without hesitation been picked up and driven back to the apartment. One of the highlights of my stay was the standalone Triglav National Park, I also highly recommend visiting the Bohinj and the Bled Lake. Overall, my stay at Reset Apartments was absolutely delightful. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The location of the property is amazing: it is very close to the village but at the same time - it is in nature, and it is very quiet around. Each morning we bought fresh bakery from a market near by (just a 10-min walk). The apartment is super clean and there is everything you can need there. Thanks to Maja and Adela, the hosts who were always very attentive. There are so many activities around! The nature is amazing, the rivers and lakes are clean, the air is wonderful. Enjoyed our stay enormously!

The apartments are located in a very beautiful area. There are excellent restaurants nearby. There are many beautiful routes you can take. Very friendly people, easy check-in. We recommend:)
