House is in miserable state. Water normally works only in shower, but the drain was clogged. Furniture is broken and full of graffiti. Our outdoor key did not work and since other guests locked the door we had to jump out of balcony to get out.

Everything! Property is unmanaged by anyone. You need to go for keys to the hotel nearby, we stayed over the weekend & there been wedding so waiter totally ignored me & said - no this is not here - I got help when I showed him message. In the building where we slept it was freezing in the middle of JULY! No wifi, no tv, no access to kitchen, whole property looks like has been not in use for ages, also no preheated water - we arrived after 20.00 so it take whole night to heat up. I was sleeping in my jumper cause it was not possible to manage otherwise. We paid €88 for one night with 2 children & didn’t get a basic facilities described in advertisement. I message them & claim a refund for this scam. Also asked booking.com for help.

It is a deserted ski lodge very unkept, no staff, no heating (10 degrees in the room), on the premises. We arrived late at night and there was no signage or lights on to welcome guests, so we were trying to find a building in the dark. The room was made up fresh but had the bare minimum and an extra stained dirty doona. They informed us, the day before that no food would be available, no offer that we could cancel due to this. It was like staying in a ghost town hotel in June. Not nice.. They did offer us a refund as we were so unhappy with the state of the place. And have now received. So I do thank them for that. My view is this place should not be open whilst so run down and unoccupied.

The area would be amazing in ski season, as the ski lift was right beside the Stara Hisa

It was a little cold in the rooms even in august and the heaters weren’t working. However extra blankets were provided. The beds even were a bit hard, and one of the hot water heaters wasn’t working but we were allowed to use another rooms bathroom for showers. The rooms were clean but other areas in the house could use a good scrub down.

The location is amazing. The house is old but functional. The rooms were clean and came with linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. But the rest of the property wasn’t as well kept. But it worked for our needs and we enjoyed our stay with our kids. This is not luxury accommodations but great for budget travelers. There are no cooking or kitchen facilities, or mini fridges, but there is another lodge nearby (where you need to pick up your keys) and can get buffet meals. Breakfast was 10 Euros, and dinner was 25 euros per person. There is also a few hotels further up the mountain that serve food as well. All within walking distance. We had to pay 10 euros to drive up the mountain, but I think we could have contacted the property to have them open the gate beforehand but we didn’t know we could do that at the time nor did we have cell service to do so. The staff was very kind. Ana and Lenart were great and helpful.
