It was a beautiful hotel. So lovely. We stayed in the pool house and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be tucked away from the busy streets yet just a few minutes walk from restaurants and the lake.

We stayed in the Pool House which was just beautiful. A lovely big room separate from the house with its own dappled shady terrace, yet only a few metres from the main building, and a few metres from the fabulous pool. Large space, well furnished and the villa team were really helpful and responsive. Location is superb, really private and quiet and only a 3-4 minute stroll to the lake front and bars/restaurants. They also own Hotel Adora and we had a great ‘pop up’ dinner there.

The villa is owned by a local hotel and because of this, communication and service could be better, e.g. our room was not cleaned until 4pm after asking via text 3 times

We stayed in the pool house and it was a great, private space, with your own outdoor area. The pool itself is lovely and the sunbeds are really comfortable. The location was perfect for us; just set back from the front so you’re tucked away from the main tourist area.

I absoluty loved it and will 100 % return. Very helpful approach and always there to assit, if not there available on phone. Gorgoes house, amazing pool. The only thing I would love to change is working fridge in the room and stronger AIR con, simply as they are advertised. Overall amazing and would highly recommend it.

From being picked up at the airport to leaving the property on the final day this vacation was exceptional. Evita was extremely helpful and professional in all our dealings. You truly felt you were a guest in someone's beautiful home. Breakfast was superb and the bed was super comfortable. Location and information about what to do was again first class. I could not recommend this Villa more. Do not simply be tempted by closeness to the lake or lake view. I genuinely could not rate the experience higher. I fully intend to return in the summer for the same experience. Patrick

We were not told in advance that it was “down season” so were very disappointed that we did not have hotel facilities such as breakfast, room service etc which were in the information when we booked. This is a booking issue. The room however was beautiful and could not be faulted. We adapted but should have been advised ahead.

There is nothing not to like

We had to be rebooked to their sister property (Adora Hotel) because they were doing construction on their AC at Villa Pomona. The new room was great (and their last available), it wasn't quite on-par with the room we'd reserved at Villa Pamona so the staff accomodated us with free breakfast. It felt like a fair compromise and we had a great and comfortable stay!

Common areas like kitchen and dining are closed in the evenings, air conditioning centrally controlled and can’t be controlled independently if needed at night

The only small thing would be that the shower head wasn't mounted on the wall up high, so it wasn't easy to have a shower rather than a bath. This wasn't a huge issue though, we had a very good stay!

Brilliant location, just a short walk from the lake. The room itself was lovely and comfortable and the house is very stylish! It's quiet despite it's proximity to town and the pool is such a lovely added bonus. We loved sitting on the terrace in our room. Brilliant stay, would recommend it!

very cute concerted villa into hotel, it was decorated very nicely, the rooms were big and the pool area was lovely to relax at. there is no on site food offering but they had a pop up dinner at their partner villa which we attended one night and it was delicious. good walking distance to town and good wifi connection.

Communicating with staff is all done via Whatsapp, there is no-one actually onsite or a reception. I think that could be made a little clearer in the description. They were very responsive nonetheless. The room wasn't completely ready for us on arrival, with some amenities missing - I normally wouldn't mind but for the price of the room it was a little disappointing.

the location was lovely and quiet, really tucked away from the tourist hubbub of the lake, you felt like you were in Bled all by yourself! The rooms were decorated extremely well.

We were upgraded to a pool house, but it really felt like a downgrade, mostly due to seasonality. The place just opened for reservation in spring and we were quick to book it, so the pool house was very cold and we had to heat it up for a day before it became comfortable. Also pool house is not your regular room in a house or a hotel, so there were some insects and stuff you would expect in a rural house

The accommodation was wonderful, cozy, and clean. Facilities like the pool and the sauna helped us relax and make the trip amazing. Staff was great and helpful. Will certainly be coming back.

Very comfortable room with great breakfast made by friendly people. Fantastic nicely decorated villa with nice garden and swimming pool on a great location. This was by far the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in.

The AC cannot be controlled from the room as it is centralized for the whole villa, so it means that in smaller rooms it gets quite chill. The other downsize is the shower which sometimes doesn't have hot water and you will need to pay attention as the water is draining slowly so the water can get on the floor in the bathroom.

The Villa is really nice decorated, the staff and the host Evita and Marco were very helpful. The mattress of the bed is really high quality, and I slept really well! The breakfast can be with pros and cons. It's quite expensive if you are getting only an ommlette, but I took the avocado salmon toast with poached eggs on top, and it was good.
