We’re sorry to hear that the pool water was colder than expected as our outdoor pool is located on the 33rd floor which does expose it to varying weather conditions. As the weather wasn't particularly hot during your visit, it can sometimes affect the temperature of the water, especially in an outdoor setting. We also value your constructive comment that you found the gym equipment not up to your standards. We will definitely look into these areas to ensure improvements for future stays.
