Recensione verificataLa grandezza della camera e il balconcino fronte mare, per il resto non rispecchia affatto un 5*. Un vero peccato vista la posizione, avendo l'affaccio sia sulla via principale che sul lungomare.
Struttura da riammodernare, lasciata quasi all'abbandono, presenza di strutture come letti, materassi, lasciati lungo i percorsi dell'hotel. Nessuna indicazione sui servizi, orari delle piscine, sul ritiro delle card per poter prendere i teli mare, che l'aria condizionata si spegne se le temperature esterne vanno sotto i 26 °C. La spiaggia lasciata alla sua sventura, materassini vecchi ed ingialliti, presenza di escavatore e lavori, nessun telo che coprisse quantomeno la vista, perchè i rumori e gli scarichi che respiravamo non erano normali. Cibo assolutamente di media scarsa qualità, buffet deludente. Siamo stati 15 minuti in attesa di piatti puliti in quanto lo staff (tutto) impegnato a ballare una danza tunisina nel centro della sala, vicino al cibo, senza alcuna protezione.

Struttura imponente ma un po' datata. Camera non troppo pulita, con poche prese e poca illuminazione. Letti un po' scomodi. Bagno abbastanza vecchio, con vasca e soffione.

Cibo scadentissimo , brodaglie a base di carne nelle quali galleggiano poca carne ed ossa..Vergogna !! camerieri cortesi ma sempre alla ricerca insistente di mance . La prima sera essendo arrivati tardissimo per il ritardo della nave non volevano farci il check in anticipato ed ho dovuto pagare una sera in più o restare a dormire in macchina Negativo il giudizio anche su booking che alla richiesta del check in anticipato ci ha comunque prenotato obbligandoci al pagamento salvo poi averlo negato dall'albergo. La prenotazione deve essere operativa assieme alla accettazione della richiesta speciale!!!

Recensione verificataLa posizione è perfetta con due entrate una vicino al porto turistico e l'altra alla medina. All inclusive perfetto con il bar della spiaggia e il punto di ristoro della piscina che in vari orari avevano anche qualcosa da mangiare. Il personale del ristorante gentilissimo e in particolare il cameriere Admed che parla bene anche l'italiano. Si appoggiano su altri ristoranti della zona per cene extra, sempre comprese, ma bisogna prenotarsi. La spiaggia è semplice ma camminando più avanti si può andare allo stabilimento di un' altra Medina Resort (che ora non ricordo il nome) e si può usufruire gratuitamente solo dei lettini e la spiaggia è molto più bella, con di fianco uno bar/stabilimento con prezzi ottimi per pranzare e bere qualcosa.
