How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewFirst, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ahmed and Muhammed were especially great. Even the maids were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is perfect, the lobby is a great place to hang out, and the restaurant food from the menu is really good. I liked the self-serve beer cooler in the lobby, too.
Bed has a sheet on the bottom, and I tiny, thin cover on top (only 1 sheet). The "blanket" does not cover from foot to neck. I stayed twice, and had to get extra sheets so there was one and bottom and top, and so I wouldn't wake up freezing at night. Buffet breakfast decent, but not really my type of food.

Verified reviewPerfect location. Great staff. Really good included breakfast. Good food.
Maybe it’s a cultural thing here and I come from a land of waste and excess, but a sheet to cover myself and a blanket that fully covers the bed should be included in a hotel stay. They were nice enough to give me a sheet and another half cover. It took a couple nights to figure out any AC was too cold and heat was too hot. It just gets a little cool early in the mornin (gives a full comer MTBH :) ). Ear plugs and white noise needed, great location.

Verified reviewFantastic location less than 100yards to the beach.
Lots of paragliders in the hotel, some using the pool area to pack their chutes.

Verified reviewRooms were nice. Spacious and clean. Pool was great. Location is perfect. Safe area. It’s only a few minutes to the beach (beautiful clean water!). There are restaurants, cafes, and shops everywhere. Staff were great. A big thank you to Ahmed for helping me sort out transportation to my next destination.

Verified reviewIn general, a Good place to stay for singles or people coming for Paraglading 1. The staff is very helpful. They wanted to help out on everyway they could. 2. The location is amazing 2 min near the beach. The water is crystal clear and amazing. 3. Night life and markets around the hotel.
1. No dedicared parking. A near by parking lot and you have to pay around 1200 lira (50 euros) 2. Sounds from the near by bars and difficult to have a sleep at night. 3. No tea bags or coffee in the room that isn't offered. Even if you call them. 4. Breakfast is very limited and no variety in food options. Juices are not fresh. 5. Bad WiFi 6. It was promoted really better than what they are offering.

Verified reviewClean, comfortable and spacious room. Very comfy bed and my room had view to the pool. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of the food is enough. The location is also literally beachfront and so close to dolmus/taxi stops. I would recommend it definitely. Also the staff were amazing.
Nothing, just maybe will be good if you provide coffee/teas and water in the room as there's kattle and two cups only. Would be nice to have some shower gell too.

Verified reviewI was travelling with my daughter and stayed in this hotel for a week. Very positive and friendly personnel. Also would like to highlight very good location, close to beach and very good swimming pool. If I visit Oludeniz one more time I will stay here again.
Rooms are clean but I think makes sense to supply rooms better with things like shampoo and soap things and also provide with one-time slippers

Verified reviewI was absolutely satisfied with the hotel and everything. All the staff members were kind and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the market street and the beach, and it was very convenient for visiting other towns. On the beach, you can easily book a boat trip, and there are also dolmuş or Muğla Muttas buses that make it simple to reach Fethiye, Kayaköy, or other nearby destinations. I highly recommend visiting the Friday market in Fethiye and trying traditional Turkish dishes. Just next to the market, in the canal, there are many turtles, which will leave you with lovely memories. If you like history, you can also visit Kayaköy. From the market street, you can book a boat trip to Dalyan,an unforgettable experience with the mud bath and beautiful scenery. Do yourself a favour and have lunch at the Gözde Traditional Turkish Restaurant; the food is delicious, and the service is top quality. After lunch, if you’d like to buy some gifts, I recommend My.My Gift Shop (Ölüdeniz Mh. Cumhuriyet Cad. No:7-B Fethiye, Türkiye), where prices are much cheaper than by the seaside and the owner is really nice and helpful. Enjoy your holiday, you as well :)
Nothing applicable.

Verified reviewAhmed, thank you for the service! Thank you for the sandwiches you thoughtfully left for me and my daughter. We caught the bus with plenty of time to spare, thank you for your advice that we leave early. For anyone planning to come, this is a wonderful place with new rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. We had a wonderful experience during our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to visit
