Wow, what a beautiful place to stay at. The hotel and the room were absolutely stunning. Every detail was thought of. The rooms are spacious, clean, very comfortable and huge bed, and the water pressure of the shower was amazing. Definitely recommend to stay here while in Hualien.

Everything, this is a GEM! The location is perfect, just in between the station and de Night Market. There is a bus that will bring you to the Taroko National Park just in front of the door. Or if you want to take public transport anywhere else. Rooms are clean, new, quiet, coffee&tea and little treats. Downstairs you can help your self with coffee, Tea and water. Slippers to use! The staff is so friendly and helpfull. Lots of restaurant near by and a guest told me that the best dumpling restaurant is next door😉

Wonderful warm welcome and assistance during our stay and when we had to reach the station at the end of our stay. Downstairs coffee and snack facilities were a lovely touch. Big supermarket around the corner.

No free parking. Had to paid for roadside parking and roadside parking very limited might be away from property. Other public parking available but not near to property.

Location was great. The breakfast owner recommended was very nice. Owner was very helpful, provided alot of info and help. Housekeeper also provided a lot of help. The place was very well furnished and practical.

This may be the best inn I have ever stayed at. My room was so beautiful - it felt like someone had given a lot of care to create a comfortable and unique space. Also, the inn is spotless - very clean. Communication with the staff over line was easy, and they were very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong day. Jennifer checked us in and was super kind and fluent in English which made everything seamless. I hope to stay here again next year.

I was unwell and had some tummy problems which led me to soil the bedsheets. The owner and the housekeeper were very professional about it and although I was very embarrassed, they handled the situation well. Thank you for making me feel so loved. 😍

- Besides the nice lady who welcomed us when we arrived, we did not see any staff during our stay (the hosts do not live on-site), which made the place feel a bit impersonal. The hosts were however very responsive and very nice on Line. - Also, it would be nice to provide guests with some information on Hualien and Taroko Park (e.g. maps, recommendations and some guidance on how to get to Taroko etc.)

We pretty much loved everything, and the decoration is so nice and original! Great location as well. Comfortable bed. Sparkling clean. Communication with the host on Line was smooth and easy - the host was very responsive. Our room was on the street site but we were not really bothered by street noise overnight. We would stay again for sure! Thank you!

it was on the pricier side during national holiday, but that cannot be changed

the whole b&b is carefully designed — the owner seems to have put a lot of thoughts into each decoration and each piece of furniture, every room looks a little different! our room was spotless clean and very comfortable, i do recommend the street view rooms over the other ones (though i don't think you can choose). you have to change into hotel slippers right at the entrance so the place stays clean and nice! the whole b&b is rather small and feels familiar as you sometimes share the table with other guests, and have access to a lot of things yourself (e.g. toilet paper, shower gel supply etc). you can stay in close contact with the owner & staffs throughout your stay—they are super friendly and will help you with any wishes you have or recommendations you need! the location was good as well, you have breakfast and other restaurants right around the corner. if you want to eat in a place with AC, you can order takeout and eat comfortably at the b&b! will recommend to friends and (hopefully) be back soon!!

One for people who don’t have their own car… this didn’t bother us as we knew the before we arrived, it is 5 min in a taxi, or a 30 min walk to the local shops. There are bikes too. The taxi option is very easy.

Heads up that there isn't an elevator, but the staff were very kind and helped us lift our luggage up the stairs to our room when we arrived!

Stayed with my family in a 4-person room, and the room was spacious and very comfortable with modern and renovated amenities. The whole B&B was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and the staff were extremely responsive and helpful, coming to the B&B to greet us (when we gave little notice), walking us through the common area when we arrived, and offering cleaning when needed. The B&B was also at an ideal spot, right on Zhongshan Lu surrounded by shops and restaurants, around 15 minutes walking from the night market and around 5 minutes taxi from the train station. Would love to stay again!

There’s no lift so have to lift luggage up and down (there are 3-4 floors in this building). Lighting in the room can be a bit dim. It’s about 25 minutes walk to Hualien train station, and about 20 minutes walk to dong da men night market.

Room is very spacious, and very clean. Housekeeper was very nice and greeted me at the door when I arrive. Cash payment only on arrival. There’s a bus stop in front of the property that brings you to most places/ Hualian train or bus station.
