Everything. The design of the room and you can see the owner paid good attention to details. Comfortable and clean room. Very fast internet(WiFi) for us to work remotely. Free washing machine, and free coffee. Super good quality of products for shower and shampoo.

We loved our stay at the Solis Inn. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the room is amazing. The Inn is so quiet and relaxing, it was perfect.

Such a cute find steps away from the ocean! All the attention to detail throughout the place is amazing. I had an ocean view with a small balcony great for an evening tea. The receptionist Rachel was super sweet as well!

The entry is lovely and it’s right near the coastline so there are great views. The staff were so helpful when we wanted to book a whale watching trip. The bedroom couldn’t have been more spacious and lovely. Very comfortable yet still with a great design aesthetic.

The Soli Hospitale is well located just next to the ocean. Everything in the hotel is very new and super well maintained. My room was very spacious and beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for any kind of question and requests. I only stayed for 2 nights but enjoyed every moment of it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and made the stay very comfortable. Big room with great bathroom and view. Wonderful bed. There is a laundry facility in the baseline which was really convenient. Free drinking water too. Highly recommend it for any tourists looking for great service and a good location.

I loved everything about it! We did hear the neighbours and hallway a little bit but it was not a problem for us at all. Will probably only bother you if you are very sensitive to noise.

Absolutely loved the place, possibly the best hotel I’ve ever been at. So stylish, extremely comfy, many amenities and extras, friendly staff, just overall great vibes. The balcony is also super cute! It’s in a very quiet side street and parking is safe and free. Very good location close to the beach and the night market! Wish we could have stayed in this place forever! The value for money is insane!

Lack of a elevator so you have to walk upstairs but the staff do help with your luggage so no major issues.

Staff were friendly, helped us to carry our suitcases upstairs and ran after us after we had checked out, to inform us of the emergency situation on the highway so we can organise our activities around the time restrictions for driving on it. Free snacks and drink were good. The toiletries were good - especially the Japanese soap.

Nice location near the sea, excellent customer relations, clean and comfortable room with all amenities needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful, gave us lots of hints about things to do and where to eat.

The whole property is beautifully designed and the room truly felt like an escape from the outside world. The bed was super comfortable and the space is perfect if you intend to stay in Hualien for an extended length of time as you can easily work remotely from the room. The people are lovely at reception and helped us with our bags to the very top floor. We were very impressed with our stay.

This was by far the best hotel stay I have ever had. The hotel owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. We stayed at Soli Hospitale during a typhoon. The owners even provided us with food and helped us with our onward journey. Thank you very much for this incredibly relaxing stay. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and nicely furnished and there are great free snacks. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this great hotel again.
