The rooms are clean and simple, exactly as described. I'm very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, even though our group didn't speak Mandarin very well they still accommodated us and were very helpful, even offering to do our laundry. There are bikes which you can use for free - some work better than others but very serviceable to ride around Chishang for a day. Overall would highly recommend as a simple, good value place to stay while in Chishang.

There was a small miscommunication upon check-in but that was resolved very quickly by the staff. Also, there is no elevator but that's listed very clearly in the property description.

Location and free bikes. We got an upgrade to room with a view and balcony, which was nice.

Bathroom made the whole room little bit damp.

The staff was super helpful. When problem arose, it was dealt with promptly. The location was fabulous -- a house located amongst the rice paddies. We just needed to step out the front door to enjoy the tranquility the place has to offer. There are plenty of bikes for us to use, which made exploring the surrounding areas very easy and low cost.

Although the host supplies dishes, plates, cutlery, cups, etc., there was not really any kitchen appliances for us to easily eat at home. It would be nice if there was at least a microwave where we could heat up some cold left overs or warm up drinks, or a toaster for a eat-in breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and very good at communicating through a translation app despite not speaking English. We had our room upgraded for free and the decor was so kawaii!

A cute bike-friendly property with super friendly staff and well-equipped, comfy rooms. If you’re hungry, try the Bento place just up the street where they sell loads of homemade produce.

No frills about this simple and cosy place. Located very near the padi fields which can be accessed with the complimentary bicycles provided by the property.

Furniture and bathroom are a bit dated but definitely not an issue especially with the price of the room.

The staff were very helpful. I am vegetarian and she took a lot of time to help me find places to eat during my stay. The room with balcony mountain views was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved having the whole maisonnette for ourselves and having access to bikes as part of the hotel cost. The location is great as it is already in the middle of rice fields and the back view is simply stunning.

We thought the BBQ was included as part of the hotel cost but it is only the hardware.

The B&B is located a 10-minute walk from the train station. They have bikes for you to use, though a challenge for taller riders like myself. The seats don't go up very far. Dapo Pond is a short ride away. The B&B has a washer and dryer. The ladies will help you via Google Translate. The room does not have a mini fridge, but there is a refrigerator in the lounge that you can use. The room and bed were large. There was a balcony attached to the room. Shampoo and body wash were provided. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

Carrying my bag to the 3rd floor, though I knew that prior to my stay.

Nothing really, because it’s not the same property as shown in the picture

It was not the same property as advertised on the web. Misleading big time, the rooms, the decorations the location none of them as described. The host information also stated only host one property but be aware that you may be sent to this property which is in the middle of no where with a bare minimum facility.

There was no breakfast but it's no big deal as there are many local food options in the vicinity. Room was spacious and clean, and it came with an excellent view. The staff were very friendly and provided suggestions on what to do, where to rent bikes etc. Would love to return in the future.

there is nothing to like about this airbnb.

    1. the bedsheet is dirty 2. there is no lift. Have to carry the luggage bags up to 3rd floor. 3. the airbnb staff were talking loudly as if they are staying there. the feel of stay is like staying at an auntie house. no privacy at all. 4. the kitchen was dirty with unwashed utensils. 5. Arrived early and not allowed to put the luggage bags. ended park the luggage bags with a kind bicycle rental shop.

Employees were very responsive and was waiting for us when we arrived for the check in. They answered all our questions and were very friendly and helpful, offering us bicycles to ride.

You should know that the building is really nice but have no elevator and pretty narrow stairs. Our window faced a local road and fast cars passed by all night. Other than that it was a fine place to stay!
