Location is at its best, the aunty who handles the hotel gave us fresh fruits and made our stay very comfortable 😇

The only complaint might be the wifi was not that great.

The room was perfect. Just a few seconds walk to the beach and the night market (but away from the noise). The owner was very kind and gave me fruit and rice cakes and more water each day. It was really peaceful!

We chose the cheapest room so it can be mistake to point out this, the room doesn’t have windows and view. Instead of that, we didn’t have to bring heavy luggage up the stairs.

The service and the location is very good and the room is very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful.

This is not a hotel, so they will not make up your room each day or change towels.

Waterfront, but with a parking lot in between. Spent a fair amount of the time on the balcony. Location close to downtown. Landlord provided some fruit, water and towels for the beach.

Great location near the town centre and beach. Convenient for scooter hire, night market and Kenting Express bus stop. Very friendly and kind staff. Sea views.

I had the budget room. It’s basic but comfortable . The one thing which I did overlook was that there was no window in the room so if that’s important to you then be mindful. I like the accommodation as most of the time I was out and about. Was lucky to get this as there was a big music festival happening just across the road and most accommodation was sold out.

Hot water (in shower) appears dependent upon time of day. No cooking facilities.

Very friendly lady who ran the place gave us fruit and bottled water daily - always welcoming (Chinese speaking only). The room itself was large with a good balcony (view over carpark and down to the town green - beyond that the beach) sofa and integrated toilet and shower units - as well as a 'feature' bath tub. Kettle and fridge - everything worked well.

Very nice owner. Asked me if I really wanted to stay 3 nights when the typhoon is coming, changed it to 2 nights. But then the morning I should leave the weather was already so rough that I preferred to stay. She provided me with food and drinks. Could be no better place to sit out a typhoon in this nice room with the great view (only would be better without the parking place in front) and a few English tv channels. I also got fresh fruit every day and she told me about Eluanbi Park when Kenting National Recreation Park still was closed for cleaning up after the typhoon.

Nothing really stood out. The owner left us fresh fruit everyday and was very courteous. She cleaned the rooms daily too.

Located right across the beach and less than 5 minutes walk from the main street. Easy to access most places. The owner was super friendly.

Swimming is forbidden in the beach nearby. It's still a walkable distance to the other beach where swimming is allowed.

Location = 10! Just 5 mins walk to the Kenting night market Host = 100% The nicest host i ever came across! Friendly! She even buy us biscuits and dried plum as gift when we checked out.
