Very nice place to stay!

Breakfast was delivered to our room at the time we chose. Each day there was a plastic container with a meal for each of us, as well as a drink of tea/coffee in a plastic cup for each of us. This is very convenient and thoughtful but I think it leads to unnecessary waste. The plastic containers are not sustainable, and the food wasn't all to our taste so some was left uneaten. Overall, I would suggest that sauces and things be provided on the side, as there were a couple of times when a generous drizzle of ketchup on bread made it very difficult to eat the bread.

The host was very helpful and welcoming. We needed to visit the hospital during our stay and she gave us some advice about that. She tries hard to make guests feel comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The shower pressure was good and the beds were quite comfortable. Enough towels were provided. the host also tried to accommodate a vegetarian in our group by providing a special breakfast. The location is convenient and the price is very fair. We would stay here again.

We were told breakfast was brought up to the room but in fact no, you have to come down and get it yourself, then go eat in the bedroom, maybe some miscommunication there. It was a sandwich or cold burger with fried onion or fries on the side (cold again), tea and water provided.

Great location behind the main road and not far from the beach at all, less than a 5min walk. Same for the bus station, it is very close (stop at Police Station), we walked with our suitcase and it was easily accessible. Many restaurants and cafes around. The person at the reception desk spoke some English which made things easier, and was very helpful in checking the bus schedule for us when the typhoon arrived on our departure day.

Actually, no complains.

The place is located on the second row, between the beach and the main street (where the night market takes place every evening). It is very quiet. This is a family run hotel, the owners are very nice and are always happy to help. Every morning they bring a super fresh breakfast from the nearby catering. The food is of excellent quality. The beach intended for swimming is 10 minutes walk away. All the facilities are OK, the WiFi signal is good. I would recommend this place to everyone. If we happen to come to Kenting again, we would be happy to be there again.

Mandy was awesome! Her English is very good and she was very warm and welcoming! Her Homestay is a block off the very busy night markets and is surprisingly quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, crepes danbing, radish cakes, omlettes, fresh fruit plates. She changed it up each day.

I had a comfortable stay in Kenting Garden Homestay. Mandy and her family were helpful and nice. I could contact her via WhatsApp for anything and she’d respond quickly. She even provided different breakfast per my request. The room had everything I needed (one thing to note is that the WiFi is only available when the TV is on). They also have free water dispenser. The homestay is right beside the night market and close to good restaurants, beaches, and 7 elevan. The Kenting Express bus stop is 3 mins away.

Perfect location—just 10 minutes from a small beach and 3 minutes from the main beach and park. The night market is right around the corner, yet we didn’t hear any noise from the main street. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and a special thanks to Mandy for her wonderful hospitality!

Directly between the seaside and the nightmarket. Breakfast bento box served at the room. Nice, familiar, friendly and quiet. A very comfortable staying.

Our kids were playing loudly late in the evening and it caused some trouble to other guests (maybe the walls were a bit thin).

The location was good near the main street and the bus stop, it was also near to the beach. The owner and staff were very friendly, and they arranger alternative breakfast for our kids who are not used to the kind of breakfast they served.

The location is great. Near the nightmarket and near the beach. I was so happy that they made the breakfast gluten free for me. Thank you. We arrived on Saturday and the parking lot was net full but the managed a free spot for us.
