The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to Hualien Station and is located on the Main Street so it’s very close to eateries. The room was quite large (in particular the bathroom). The shower was huge with great pressure and heat.

The location is nearby train station. Walking distance about 10 minutes. The toilet have japanese washlet. So it's very convenient for me. The room is spacious enough for 2 pax. The bed is nice and comfort.

Having free bicycles for us to rent and cycle around the city. This place is also walking distance from the train station.

Cool spacious room with a view of the mountains, clean and basic furnishings but had a bidet, not much bells but great for the price. Bike rental is first come first serve basis for free. The bed was comfortable. They only do housekeeping if you ask them to at the lobby during working hours. Air conditioning is adjustable. Felt safe in it on the 8th floor despite the earthquake. Near 7-11, Macs and many other food options. Near a coin laundry shop too.

The mattress and bedding are good. Nice pillows. Room service is quick and the receptionist is proactive. We had problems with room cards and the door lock is out of order , however, I requested for room change and they were fine with it.
