There is no elevator in this facility. Although, right on the beach but not directly able to access to it, you need to cross over the elevated walkway to gain access to the beach. Parking is limited on the street.

Whiles the property is near the beach. You can see the sunrise in the morning on the 4 floor and have coffee right there! The staffs are welcoming and very helpful. Plenty of necessary supplies are stocked for you like bottled water, coffee, teas, towels and papers napkins… The night market is about 5 minutes walk. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach. There are buses connecting to the train station about 5 minutes walk. Local fresh market open in the morning until 12:00pm is about 10 minutes walk. Starbucks is 15 minutes walk. Overall the location is super. Very quiet at night.

We would have liked a wardrobe/drawers to put clothes, there is space next to the television.

The staff were really helpful, we had no local language and they had no hesitation in helping by translating. I gave a 9 for location as it was good for the night market next door but it is away from the main shopping and restaurant area. Clean bright room overlooking the sea. The nightmarket is great, with so many different food outlets and a really nice vibe and live music.

The room was smaller than I had imagined from the photographs. It was ok, but not too much space to move around the luggage on the floor. Note that breakfast is not included, and bike hire is available nearby at an additional cost.

The staff were helpful before and upon arrival, available to answer questions via WhatsApp. The balcony was lovely, beds were comfy and the shower was good

During our stay, there are several rowdy groups of people who make a din at night till even midnight. As there are nobody at the premise, nobody manages the noise level.

Location is not the easiest to find because there were many airbnb around there and there is not lift in the premise. There are free parking a long the side road however you need to be lucky enough to find a space near the airbnb.

The design of the place is modern. The room is big enough for a family of 4 adults. The service provided by the host was excellent. The best was the seaview right behind the airbnb and it's near to the night market.

I have overlooked that this property does not have a lift. I am travelling with elderly so is quite tiring to climb 2 flight of stairs. I should have request for low floor.

I think because of the language barrier there was very little information or interaction with staff. it was all done via email message over booking. com. and some information was lost. maybe it’s a cultural thing, but to me it felt a bit cold and not very welcoming. I was also led to believe I would have a sea view. maybe the upper floors do, but my personal view (floor 2) was of the retaining wall in front of the beach.

The blinds were insufficient in keeping the sunlight out in the morning which made it hard to sleep in. Sunrise was as early as 5am and sun was already blazing in through the windows.
