住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

Looks a bit more run down in real life… otherwise clean, good location. Staff hardly speaks English (but very nice).

The bath in our room was a bit weird. The shower was just a corner of the (separate) bathroom without any curtains. This leads to flooding most of the floor when showering.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice.

The Bathroom, there was no curtain prevent the water from the shower split to the toilet. so it get wet almost every where. if they provide the towel in the toilet for customer to dry, then it will be just perfect.
Room provide all facilities that we need, big comfy bed. clean room. Very Helpful staff even though they cannot communicate in English. The kiosk for check-in is easy friendly to use (many variety of language).

Walking distance to Hualien TRA and there's a lot of scooter rental shop around the area. If you are planning to take early TRA then this is a good option. We drop off our bag and proceed to our scooter rental shop.

A water dispenser and instant coffee on the first floor. The room is relatively small, but the interior is newly renovated.

I wish the shower tub had a shower curtain, and I didn't have to leave Hualien!
Very patient and accomodating staff and management, doing everything they can to leave you a good impression of Taiwan! Replenished supplies without even being asked. Refunded me one night without any problem after I unexpectedly had to leave a day early. I would like to stay here again when I return to Hualien in the summer!
