The pictures of the room we booked had a balcony, however this turned out to be a Juliette balcony which was not quite what we expected.

Great location on the main "strip" in Kenting. Friendly owners and parking nearby. Room was spacious for 4 people, and had good amenities.

Some users of the hotel live in the hotel (with kids) and are very noisy. I knocked their door to keep it calm.

I couldn't find a heater in the room so I felt cold. But the bed was very warm at night.

Location is out of the way but that made it special. The food was amazing and the lady who runs it was so helpful. Really appreciated her driving us to the bus stop.

There was a loud noise outside the hotel window that was quite persistent. Fortunately it wasn't present by the time I wanted to sleep.

The family that runs the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The room and bed was comfortable. I had a bunk bed room which would have been good for two friends.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room was big and have plenty of space to put luggage and walk. They provide everything you need for the stay and you can always get water from them. Perfect for the beach stay.

Honestly surpassed my expectations. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and the room was way more spacious and modern than we had expected. It had a balcony, comfortable bed, and the location is unbeatable. We really liked the extra offerings they gave like lotion, conditioner, etc downstairs and thought it was a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Kenting.

The bath tub which was my main attraction to book is so small that it would only comfortably fit someone under 5 foot.

Friendly hosts and the property was clean and room was comfortable. The location is amazing and not affected by the noises from the streets.

Loved the location and the gorgeous mountain views. The staff was very friendly and provided everything we needed for a great stay. Also loved the table and chair in front for our breakfast coffee.

Not a big deal for us, but their elevators were very slow so even though we were on the top floor (5th floor), we just took the stairs. We're accustomed to taking the stairs so we didn't mind, but something to consider if you have a lot of luggage, mobility issues, children, etc.

Great location and very friendly staff. When leaving every morning, the staff would ask what we needed for our room (new towels, taking out the garbage, etc.) They always restocked our room with water, and had a ton of toiletries in the lobby to take.

Great location right at the kenting night market. Short walk to one of the beaches. Place was clean, nicely decorated and had all the required amenities. The toilet tap was so well designed! The father and son were great and friendly and could give information and recommendations. Mum is friendly enough but recommend not to ask her for any information. Alight at police sub station if you are using the kenting Express from zuoying. It is one stop after kenting arch.

Such a great place and amazing location. You are right in the center of the night market but the room is silent. The couple who own the hotel are so friendly and helpful. They came to find me to get parking, gave tons of great sightseeing tips and I had a great time playing games with their kids. We booked kind of late so we only had the bunk bedroom as an option but it was clean and comfy. There is a big table and chairs to suit 4-6 people on the front veranda, right where the night market action is. Car park is 200/day and a very short walk to the Main Street and hotel. The owners are so friendly and patient and there are amenities like toiletries and bottled water at the lobby to take at all times.

Difficult to find at night as no English sign and no staff around to confirm hotel and book in. Staff looked like the whole process was a drag. No breakfast and very little open in town early ( even after 8.00 am) apart from 7-11 store

Close to bus drop off. Updated bathrooms with very small bathtub. Comfortable bed.

Super lousy service, also didn’t mention we had to pay cash and cannot use elevator. Elevator was for non human use. We booked two rooms and couldn’t put us next to each other or at least nearby, we were in different floors and had two babies.

The room was not the cleanest I have been in. Pets are allowed for a fee. There was some dust and pet hair. The beds were not completely clean as my friend found nail clippings that weren’t hers. The sheets had stains on them from previous guests. However, the room did not have any bugs which I appreciated! I probably would not stay again, but it wasn’t a bad experience.

The inn communicated well with us before we even arrived. They arranged a taxi to take us from the station to the inn at a discounted price and again when we left. The owner and his family were very friendly when we arrived and gave us helpful advice on where to visit. Although we were early for check-in, they helped us store our luggage. He pointed us to a scooter shop where we could rent a scooter for the day. He gave us two beautiful lucky envelopes (紅包) that he said were made in-house. The extra amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, conditional, soap, and earplugs were great. The night market is right outside the door which was nice. The outside walls were pretty soundproof which was wonderful since they blocked out the noise from the night market and the families next door with their kids and dogs. The room for two had a bunk bed. We did not book a room with a view, but the room was still good. The decorations were pretty. If I were a kid, I would have enjoyed this room more with the option to slide down from the top bunk instead of having to use the stairs. Good value for what I paid for.
