Keep the lobby area a little cooler or less stuffy, you don’t need to run the AC all of the time but maybe a fan or something. Maintain the bicycles a little bit better.

I didn’t eat breakfast there. The location is excellent, near everything. Room very comfortable. Easy access.

Great small hotel in a quiet street but still close to stores, restaurants etc. Very kind and helpful owner. Bicycles were free to use which is recommend to check out Hualien. Room was clean and rather spacious.

We walked from the Hualien train station (you can take a taxi if you want, but it was a nice day so we walked). SUPER BONUS were the WeLoveInn complimentary bikes. The river trail path that leads to the ocean front path is just at the end of the road in front of the hotel (take left and another left for a few blocks). It was incredibly awesome (and safe as you were only on the road for a few blocks). We loved seeing the sun rise from our balcony in the mornings. So happy to have stayed here.

Although it was really lovely, it was a fair bit more expensive than everywhere else we stayed in Taiwan so felt a touch expensive for what it was.

The bed was amazing - so comfortable! The best bed we slept in over three weeks travelling in Taiwan. Room was big, light and spacious. Bennet was lovely and friendly. Nice extra touches, like free tea and coffee. We stayed twice and really liked the hostel.

Good location, nice and clean room. Helpful and friendly owner who helped us check in via phone as we arrived while he was out. Helped us to call a taxi upon check out and made sure we knew about the free bicycles. Would definitely stay here again!

There was no breakfast option at the hotel when we were there, but plenty of places around to eat.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is easily accessible (walkable from the train station). The room we had was good, comfy large double bed, great shower room, coffee and water provided. It is very clean and modern with fast internet. Bicycles are provided for free to the guests, which was a good surprise. It allowed us to explore the town and we discovered good places to eat, in particular the Fontiere Francaise which offers patisserie "comme en France".

The room felt very homely and cozy. Sheets were the nicest and most comfortable one I had during this trip. Location is roughly midway in between the train station and night market, will need to walk about 15 to 20 minutes to each place but it is quite doable. There were a couple of nice places to eat at near the inn.

Lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds. Well decorated with great amenities. Very close to popular restaurants and the night market is not too far. Friendly staff with quick response.

Location is a bit off the main attractions - like night market is 2kms away. The host is often not available and not easy to get in touch. No breakfast provided.

We loved the sheets and pillows. Just right in terms of comfort. Wifi was good and strong.
