There are no restaurants nearby. We rented bikes near the train station the first night to go to the nearby park and then downtown to eat . The next few days we rented a car to travel in the area .

The rooms were comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing . The hosts were amazing, pleasant and helpful. Walking distance from the train station and car rental facilities.

The room is very spacious and clean, with beautiful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff are exceptionally kind — the warmest welcome we’ve had in Taiwan so far. Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed. Absolutely recommend it 100%.

The owner done more than what we expected during our 3 nights stayed. thanks for his effort, we have a wonderful holiday over there. The location is near Taitung train station. It is convenient to take a train or public bus to go nearby attractions. As there are no food stalls near the hostel, you may settle your meals in front of the train station. There are a few variety eatery and 7/11, family mart.

You could say that this hotel is not surrounded by many restaurants. There are some though and I had a good meal. I might have liked a coffee. But then again, unlimited free tea is offered so I'm being really picky here.

This place is great and is well designed. The rooms come with a bluetooth speaker which I, as a metal lover liked a lot. After five months cycling through Asia it was nice to hear my music through some proper speakers. This house must be run by a music lover or artist as even the light switches are guitar or amp switches. The rooms come with a thoughtful design, nice bathroom and have Netflix (also in English). Special mention to the hosts who were attentive, helpful, cheerful and speak English. That gave me a smile after a few weeks of Taiwan where people tend to be a bit introverted. If I would have known the quality of this place in advance I would have stayed longer.

After staying here, I realized this is the most I have relaxed all vacation. Our host has curated an elevated and magical vibe…understated, elegant. She speaks English fluently and welcomed us with local oolong tea and snacks. The rooms are so clean and the entryway floor is so polished you can see your reflection. We had use of a full kitchen and refrigerator. We were given excellent local suggestions of where to eat and what to do. I found it so recharging to be here that I stayed in and watched the free Netflix. I am ready for the second half of my trip and this has been key for me. I found a welcome gift of sweet potato snacks on my door. The comfort creature in me purred with thanks.

Everything. Great location, 3 minutes from the train station. Very big room with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. It was clean as well and the bedding and towels smelled fresh. Internet worked perfectly. The host was very responsive, speaks English and we even got a little gift when we left.

The owner was so friendly! He gave us an extensive list of suggestions for the area. There are electric bikes available for use, good to explore the Tainan downtown for a night. Free washing machine was also great. Highly recommend!

Super friendly host that makes my stay super welcoming and comfortable! Love the vibes of this B&B, which makes me feel like I am home! This place has a lift hence you do not have to worry about your luggage. The location was good, just 400m from taitung train station. The room size was big, lots of place to open your luggage and to walk around.
