Very comfortable and big room, nice and hot shower. Did like the artistic part of the hotel! A few doors down the block there is a yellow version of ArtZone. Seems also quiet nice. 😊

The view from the balcony

This was a lovely hotel and very good value. The simple breakfast was included in the price and was tasty enough. The room was spacious and had a balcony although the view from the balcony wasn't that inspiring.

Rooms could use a second set of curtains to let the light inside the room without being totally exposed to the outside. Currently there's only one big black curtain.

Biggest room we've had in Taiwan with huge windows and plenty of light. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Staff super friendly.

Light in the coridor stays on after someone switches it on (nobody switches it off again…). Since the room has a window into the corridor the light there disturbes sleeping. It would be great to have a timed switch instead of a normal one.

Two things: 1. The breakfast was pretty bad. It was not normal hottel offered breakfast option rather I was given a rice roll which I didn't like. So I asked them (texted via booking.com) to give something else for my 2nd day. However I didn't get any reply. 2. 2nd day, I suppose to leave early for my work, and the staff told me the breakfast will be be there by 7 am. To my surprise even at 7 15 there was no breakfast. So I had to leave. Except this I really liked the place.

The room was excellent, clean along with the other facilities. The location is also very convenient. However my booking was changed to another room (might be bigger but there was no balcony). The guy was also very helpful showing the place etc.

Maybe we missed something or something got lost in translation, but our rooms didn't get cleaned. It's not a big problem, because it was only a short stay, but the garbage could have been emptied at least, so not to attract any insects. We took the garbage down in the end. Some more hooks or racks to dry your shower towel or to hang your clothes / jacket would also be useful. Plenty of space to add some more hooks.

Very spacious room and very comfortable bed. Great that the hotel also had an elevator. The coffee was good too. The Aircon was also appreciated. Loved the big blackout curtains. We slept really well. Great location with walking distance to the train station and some very good restaurants especially if you like beef cut noodles.

I didn't like the noise. Due to its location you will hear military planes flying above you, also during the night. Also I didn't like the noise of the refrigerator and of the AC, that was impossible to turn off. I also didn't like the pillow, too high

Room and toilet are clean, daily room service is possible if required. Room has great view, and the television has Disney+, so my friend and I could watch and catch up on shows. Amenities available are just a simple kitchenette on the ground floor. Breakfast is simple and makes a good start of the day. Staff helped me booked a driver for my Taroko National Park visit, highly recommended!

The check in could be a bit more streamlined. But the wait was alright. I get that they don’t have enough staff to cover both hotels. Sitting in the lobby for about 10 minutes was alright.

It’s very modern. I got the big room with a big window front. There are some other rooms I don’t know if they have the same luxury. It’s clean. The breakfast toast was actually really good and Hualien is a very chill town with lots of nice and pleasant people.
