The card to open the door worked not very well. At times, the door wouldn't open, and the machine made weird noises. Most times, we had to try to open it several times before it would open. On one occasion, I forgot something inside, and because we were in a hurry and the door didn't open quickly, we decided to leave without picking that thing up. Only a minor inconvenience, I hope they get it fixed soon!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-equipped. The owner could be contacted on WhatsApp and replied straightaway. We tried to book an activity on Klook and, in the end, cancelled with Klook as they did not have our preferred time available. We finally booked directly through the accommodation, and everything went well. They also helped providing further information that made our stay more convenient. There was water, tea and paper cups available for guests, and they let us park the motorbike inside at night. Finally, it's very close to the night market, a really convenient place to have a drink and dinner at the end of the day.

Can't think of much we didn't like!

Good size and facilities, staff were very responsive when we had queries. Also a lovely beef noodle restaurant next door, so delicious! The area is quiet but lots of atteactions nearby such as night market, small museums and convenience shops.

Nothing but location is little far from the train station and if you miss the bus it’s pretty difficult to get taxi from there.

Room is big and pretty clean, the air condition is pretty powerful and also has a dehumidifier that really works. The only thing is they forgot to empty the dehumidifier and inside is moldy. Check in and out is easy through line message. There is flyers of information of Haulien. It’s close to the night market and a big supermarket, but quite far from the train station. There is a beef noodle restaurant right next to the building, not sure if the owners are the same as never saw the host of the place. Don’t forget to stop by the Haulien transit center you can get free transportation to many places like a tour.

Water pressure on bathroom tap was weak

Great location, short walk to night market, nearby rail museums and independant art cinema. Helpful staff. Great beef noodles next door, best we've had in Taiwan!!

The only downside was the fridge, which was quite small and located outside the room, making it a bit inconvenient to access.

The self check-in process made our arrival incredibly easy and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-organized, providing a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which offered a lovely view to relax and unwind. The location is excellent-conveniently close to the night market, supermarket, and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area.

Can be a bit hard to find transit to and from Hualien station especially if you have no Taiwanese number to call the Taxi.

Clean and spacious. Heated floors in the bathroom are a great bonus! Had everything you need. Close to Dongdamen night market.

It was a perfect stay! Wish they had a place in every city in Taiwan, so that I could stay there :) Traveling to Hualien? Look no further.

Personally, I prefer a softer bed and higher firmer pillows, but unfortunately, the bed was too hard for me, and pillows were too soft. There isn't a refrigerator in the room, but a shared small one in the hallway. The water dispenser is only available on the 2nd and 5th floor, and they don't dispense ice water.

The location is very close to the largest night market and the morning market. It's also an easy walk to a nice shopping mall.
