No fridge or kettle in the room although you can use the fridge that is in the lobby and had a coffee machine there also.

This properly is so warm and inviting. The rooms are compact but such lovely bedding and the service was outstanding. I arrived early and wanted to leave my bags to head out and explore and the service was amazing.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but full of services around and about 15 minutes walking from Dongdamen Market. Rooms are clean and in a good size. Staff is amazing, so helpful and funny, a real pleasure to chat with! Driving the East Coast towards south from here is a real gem. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect

Very cozy room and accommodation in general. Felt right like at home and the room was spacious and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and courteous. Also liked the coffee machine down in the entrance area.

The property was beautiful, the hotel had a rustic and aesthetic feel. The room was so cool and unique, we loved it. The common area was cute and a great place to make some tea and relax a bit. The area was also great, walking distance of some Hualien sights and the essentials (Cosmed, McDonald's, boba shops...). The hosts were also so sweet; we were celebrating my friend's birthday, and they made our stay extra special with a surprise in the room.

Great homestay for Hualien; has everything you need and looking for. The quality of the place is high, with coffee available, cutlery, and a well-designed common space. The location is near a convenience store, within a silent street and within walking distance of the main train station (10-12mins walk). I really liked my room. Big window, and with panels I can open - space is also good for the value.

Very cool little hotel. The staff was awesome, really helpful. The room was perfect, nice and clean and a great price for just one person. I’d definitely stay there again, nice and close to the train station and easy to get into the main bit of the city. Also has a cool reception area you can chill in and make coffee. Definitely recommend.

The only downside was a bit of noise outside the room I was in but I would imagine due to the layout of the hotel that the other rooms would be quieter.

The hotel is in a cool building with lots of interesting features. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was great. The staff were very helpful and gave me lots of tips to help me get around the local area. Nice little touches like free tea!

The location is a bit in between the train station and the city. But it’s really not that far. Hard to find something to complain about here.

Perhaps, the shower cabin could be better organized. Nothing to complain about besides that. Oh, there's no elevator, could be a dealbreaker for some, so keep that in mind!

Convenient location near the train stations, many restaurants available nearby. Very friendly staff, free instant noodles, and coffee for breakfast! Clean and comfortable rooms. Perhaps, the views outside are not exceptional, but there are plenty breathtaking sights in Hualien anyway.

The communication was not through booking.com, but other local channel, but the worst was that before comeing we were asked to pay in cash, however, when we arrived it was confirmed that we can pay by card. To exchange money costs us time and additional resources. A lot of stairs might cause the problems for people with kids.

Nothing really, the front desk isn't manned all day but luckily the cleaning staff were there so we could drop our luggage off when we arrived and we called the staff.

Close to the station, with lots of restaurants nearby but on a quiet street so you won't be disturbed at night. We had the room with the bathtub and it was great!
