The infrastructure reflects its time, with strong and enduring craftsmanship, though there was no space designed for an elevator. While we don’t sell alcohol, we serve and we ensure our guests have everything they need glasses, an ice bucket, and ice so you can enjoy your drinks at our Darini Restaurant. We’re also happy to guide you on where to purchase your preferred beverages nearby. Regarding lunch, being in the heart of Stone Town allows our guests to explore the vibrant local food scene. This not only enhances your experience but also gives us the opportunity to prepare fresh meals using ingredients sourced daily from the market for dinner, as we don’t store food in the fridge.
