I didn't know that even after I booked and paid in full for my stay that I would be charged an additional $176 that I was told would be returned to my card, which it still hasn't been returned to my card yet.

The breakfast was not good. We paid for 3 mornings and used only one.

Bed was comfortable. Location was within walking distance of many sites we wanted to see.

Location, Location. Walking distance to everything. Great city views. Mikey and Honesty were phenomenal 👏. Would definitely stay again if ever in Charlotte. Thank you for a funtastic weekend!! Go Fins!

Did not enjoy seeing stains on the carpet

All the staff members (front, bartender, housekeeping) were very welcoming and professional. Layout of the room was cool and refreshing. Good value for a city center hotel. Very hip

Parking was difficult to find (and/or expensive to stay for longs periods) if you didn’t use the hotels valet, which I did not. I also did not like that we were not told before hand that you have to enter the building, then elevator immediately and go to the fifth floor for the front desk. That was confusing

I love how many restaurants were walking distant from the hotel. The room was clean when we arrived. Front desk was very helpful when needed.

I didn’t like that valet was the best option for parking and that there was no kitchen.

The ceiling in the bathroom shower area appeared water damaged with some elements of mold.

We were there Saturday night. Due to roaring cars without mufflers zooming around, even though we were on the 8th floor, but on the street side, we didn't get to sleep until 3am. Anyone mentioning this to law enforcement? They should.

The room was so comfortable with unique interior design features.

Time for food to be served. During breakfast hours an additional person was needed to take orders so the darling lady preparing the food wouldn't be interrupted. It's expecting too much to ask 1 person to take orders and prepare the food. I've never seen this before. Also, if the form had a specific food pick up time option, this would make it easier for the one preparing. Lastly, if the form was made available the day before to be handed in by a specific time to be honored, the process would run more smoothly.

The location for breakfast was good. The food and coffee options were good. It was kept clean. Bags of available ice was nice to have. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee in lobby always a plus.

I was there to see Metallica and the price for the night of the concert was three times the amount for the Friday stay and they required me to book two nights when one could have worked. Also the last time I stayed here 12 years ago there was a lively night life and things to do right beside the hotel. now that area beside the hotel is practically a ghost town. most stores are empty.

I didn’t care for the food selections, as there weren’t many appealing options. Also, if I hadn’t been using GPS, I probably would’ve missed the hotel entirely since there weren’t any clear signs indicating where it was.

I really enjoyed the location—being downtown made it easy to walk to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant.
