Everything was great!

The room exceeded our expectations. We had an oceanfront view, and the nearby beaches allowed us to swim easily. Everyone was very nice, and our studio was fully equipped. Whenever we needed something, we simply asked, and it was delivered promptly. It was such a pleasant experience that we're planning to book again for next year and stay longer.

The hotel and the staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk was able to check us in earlier and she also upgraded us. She was so nice and welcoming. We had an amazing view and the apartment was great. The pool is really nice!

Cleaning - We prepared to not have room service/cleaning during our stay. It was pretty clean, but could have used a better clean before our stay. And it was tough to get towels and other supplies when we asked the front desk.

The fan and light above the eating table did not work and wasn't fixable during our stay so it was dark when we ate dinner. There weren't any beach chairs or binoculars available in the room like we had the past 3 times we have stayed here in other rooms. The cooking pans and knives needed upgrading, food stuck to the pans and the knives were not sharp. The curtains did not stay on their hooks so it looked old and needed upgrading. 2 chairs in the living room by the window would be appreciated instead of just one.

The view is fantastic. It is the best and closet location to the water. It is quiet and close enough to walk to the store, coffee and restaurants. The 3rd floor location was wonderful with the view of the water that can't be beat. The attention of the staff and fixing the door was very good. The ice machine in the refrigerator was a plus and was used several times a day.

Everything! Staff was incredible especially Karen who worked the front desk who is extremely helpful and kind. Plenty of parking the location of the hotel was outstanding with an easy walking distance to food locations and a grocery store proximity to the water is insane. I think our balcony to the water was probably 30 feet. We saw plenty of animals like dolphin, turtles and even a monk seal from our balcony. Didn’t use many of the facilities but the pool and barbecue area were well-maintained, landscaping was perfected. Everything was working order, I love that there was no key cards and it was a pin code entry. There was plenty of luggage carts to bring things in and out.

Bathroom from the 90s was horrible. And the worst thing was check in. Despite the fact I asked for early check in month up front there was not even a try to help us with that upon arrival around noon. When check out is 11 - there is really no need to wait for check in until 4pm

Location is superb. You will find around everything you need. The beach and grass area in front of the hotel is out of question amazing.

We thought it was a little odd there weren't any beach chairs or other beach equipment in the unit. We have always had that in any other condo unit we have rented in Hawaii. Also, there was a very limited supply of items available in the kitchen. Most of the cabinet doors had locks on them. We had to request a skillet since there wasn't one in the unit. Also, there were no antibacterial wipes to wipe down the counters. We were given a sponge and liquid soap but it would have been nice to wipe down the counters with more than water after preparing a meal.

The view was exceptional. Being on the 10th floor we could look out for miles from the ocean facing balcony. The room was very clean and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. We loved the privacy of the balcony and we were able to spot some sea turtles swimming in front of our hotel from the balcony. The TV was very easy to navigate. Lots of channels as well as Netflix and other subscriptions that we didn't have to use our own log in for. Whenever we requested more towels or for someone to come take the used towels they were always replaced within an hour or two. We asked for someone to come up and look at the AC unit for us our 2nd day because we were freezing even though we had set the thermostat to 70 degrees. A worker came right up and showed us that we did not lock in our temp and the room was actually at 55 degrees but showing in Celsius. No wonder we were cold! Even though there were only 2 of us we really liked that we could keep our suitcases in the guest bedroom and having the use of a 2nd bathroom was amazing. The cost of a 2 bedroom vs a 1 bedroom was actually very similar so I'm so glad I chose this unit. The location of this hotel is unmatched. There is a grocery store across the road as well as food trucks. The best cinnamon rolls in Maui, Bad Ass Coffee (so good!), Snorkel Bob's, and great little eateries were all within walking distance We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the suite and the balcony. We were able to really enjoy the room as it has beautiful ocean view where you can watch the sunset. Clean and nicely decorated. There is direct beach access which is great. Def will stay here again
