Good staffs and clean surrounding

Room smelled like wet dog, TV didnt work till day after arrival. Took mentioning 2 times that TV wasn't working for them to come show us were the sensor for the remote was. Was told no breakfast but would be coffee or tea but they never arrived to front desk till roughly 11am. They have the room and tables to offer a breakfast but dont.coupon they offer for breakfast is for 2 places that food is horrible. Was supposed to be upgraded to lake view however they dont have lake view rooms as there is another hotel across the street in sight and rooms are on side of hotel not even facing the lake.

Convenience for the ferry right across the street to go to machinac Island.

The hotel needs updating. There was inadequate tech connectivity in the rooms. The carpeting was old & a bit dingy.

Somewhat dirty. I was able to write in the dust on the bottom of the lamp. There were covers to toothpaste tubes in the bathroom sink drain, gross.

The bed was comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the Ferry.

The gym was broken The water was cold for shower. Room heater was loud.

The location and places to run are great!! The mini fridge is great. The WiFi was good.

I booked a room with a view. My view was the street, the room they said they had coffee available in wasn't open till 9:30 a.m., the shower was barely warm and the water pressure wasn't very good. We had to unplug the microwave to plug in the coffee pot in our room. Had to unplug the lamp to plug our phone charger in.

The hotel staff was friendly. Has a water park for people to use. We didn't utilize it. Was only there for 1 night.

I didn’t like that the front tried to promote the more expensive breakfast restaurant ratcheting than explaining the local options. I also didn’t like how musky it smelt but glad the actual room smelt clean. The pool/kid water area was a little sketchy. Looked like there was some mold/rust build up on the ceiling and around the kids area.

I liked the location and the price compared to other hotels.

The hotel very outdated not well kept up with. The bed was uncomfortable along with the pillows. Also, we are a family of 5, and they did not have rooms to accommodate us. Although they allowed us 5 to be in a room, one of my children decided to sleep on the floor. Luckily, we brought a lot of extra blankets and pillows with us. I asked at the front desk if they had a pull out couch or anything like that, and the front staff quickly cut me off and said no. Smiled and said, "Have a nice stay." With smirk attitude. Most likely, we will stay at a different location close by.

The location is great. Walking distance to many attractions.

For the price that we paid- there was no dining option. It’s not even close to the restaurants. Breakfats would have been nice

It needs an update ASAP. Although it is likely cleaned often, carpets and other fabrics are so old, they don’t look it. The swimming area also is hopefully cleaned, but the old floor makes it appear that it hasn’t. There were also visible areas where it obviously wasn’t cleaned. It wasn’t a complete dump but was pretty threadbare

Its location is good. Close to the Tesla superchargers and not a far walk to food.

Our room in the third floor , with a room facing the lake was very dirty, as it seems to be that way most of the time. It is unfortunate because the view is amazing.

The room was nice, remodeled in the last few years. Air conditioning worked great. This is our second time staying here this year. It is a very good value with the Arnold Ferry across the street.

We didn't dislike anything. The hotel could use an update, but it looked like that might have been in the works.

Simple and decent. The location was perfect and our family really enjoyed the attached kids water park and pool. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

The room needs updating badly. The carpet has poorly repaired patches and is very worn. It needs replacing. The trim under the sink is cracked and needs replacing. For the price of this room I was expecting better than what I got.

Internet did not work the second day. Coffee and food marks on the furniture. Food left in fridge. Tub and shower curtain dirt ring in tub. It was cleaner the first time I stayed here, but definitely wasn’t as clean this time.

Our friends accidentally left a card table in the their room, which was the fault of them and us, but we were in the general Mackinaw City area for 3 days and no one notified any of us. We had stayed here before and had complimentary breakfast. We found out they no longer serve breakfast but give coupons for local restaurants.

Location is close to restaurants and Mackinac Island ferry. Clean rooms, comfortable bed.

The housekeeping staff kept slamming doors while we were trying to relax. The bed was too firm. My entire body aches from sleeping in the bed.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very helpful 👌

Outdated, sloppy repairs/upkeep, staff wasn't as helpful as normally would be (didn't say how to get.to room or Waterpark, key stopped working, housekeeping thought we were checking out when we were reserved for 3 nights), didnt tell you the cable box wasn't plugged in so I had to figure out why it wasn't working. Stained towels, no trimming into the bathroom, and kept hurting feet.

The pillows, they are lumpy.

Location and staff were great. The place could use some updates. The men's bathroom in the lobby was a disaster.
