The room and bathroom was dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom. The room floor was very dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed in many stays.

It was in a good location

They offered no food, and the TV was not acceptable.

Pretty convenient location to the ferry.

We chose this at last minute based on price. We checked in late and left early.

Arriving in the rain to find out we had to go next door to check in. gives a weird vibe entering a hotel where the lobby is closed. The elevator (second thing you see) is really dirty - needs new carpet badly. The rooms need an overhaul - peeling wall paper in so many places reveals the lack of overall care.

Great location! Right across the street from the ferry ride to Mackinac island. For the price, it was a great room. Little outdated but AC blew cold and beds were comfy. Was on my motorcycle. They let me park right up front by the door! Really appreciated that..

No breakfast. No vending machines.

Room smelled like wet dog, TV didnt work till day after arrival. Took mentioning 2 times that TV wasn't working for them to come show us were the sensor for the remote was. Was told no breakfast but would be coffee or tea but they never arrived to front desk till roughly 11am. They have the room and tables to offer a breakfast but dont.coupon they offer for breakfast is for 2 places that food is horrible. Was supposed to be upgraded to lake view however they dont have lake view rooms as there is another hotel across the street in sight and rooms are on side of hotel not even facing the lake.

Booked a room but when arrived they didn’t have a room available. Sent is to the adjoining hotel which was a terrible experience

Bad check in, Gave us a room that was not turned over Waited for host to help us had to go find her in a different building Over all worst stay

The room was very clean. The carpet was like new.

The hotel needs updating. There was inadequate tech connectivity in the rooms. The carpeting was old & a bit dingy.

The front desk staffs are very nice, they are professional and friendly. And the facilities are great! But it’s a little bit noisy.

We Had problems with our first room with a few things but they were very nice to help us get another room with no issues

Clean, nice staff, great pool area!

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, toilet clogged easily.
