They take a $100 holding deposit but it is actually taken from your account and then not returned as stated it should be as soon as you check out. Still fighting for it to be returned and being told it’s not down to them it’s for us to take up with our bank

I did not like that the office is not opened 24 hours.

We loved the location and the room was beautiful. Nice and opened and very roomy. We had the 2 bedroom suite.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our 3-night stay from September 20–23. The place was clean, quiet, and felt very safe — everything we were looking for. All of the staff were wonderful, especially the sweet receptionist who made us feel so welcome. I forgot her name. It starts with letter K. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the near future!

All rooms have (small) balconies facing a mangrove. Nothing wrong with that, but the front side (at your door) has the bay-view which is much nicer. Unfortunately following the last hurricane season, the city started major pipeline works on all the beaches in front of the hotel. It results in having an ugly, smelly above-ground pipeline stretched out over the entire beach on that side. You need to drive to eg Sand Key (north) to not have that pipeline on your holiday snaps. Works are almost finalised around Indian Shores but will start further down the beaches this October.

What a wonderful hotel. Small, clean, design-like furniture, but the staff made all the difference. Always helpful, knowledgeable about restaurants, things to do, offered free beach material and so much more. Extremely large suite (2 bedrooms), modern appliances. Eco-friendly approach (recycling!) so no cleaning services but you ask for new towels by placing used ones outside and minutes later you get clean ones. Simple and no unnecessary disturbances. Delightful stay opposite beach so just a walk away from both sun-filled activities and excellent snack options (DJs clam shack!). The small pool is excellent, although near a busy road you are not in view of everybody and the noise level is acceptable (music drones it out!).

The shelves could probably be more spacious; it feels like there's not enough space for clothes, but it's really minor.

The clerk were very nice and knew what to do. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean , the atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxing. I enjoyed everything. I love the idea of recycling and conservation of nature.
