We regret, however, that your stay was impacted by late-night noise from motorcycles in town. It’s also great to know our staff were able to assist with your laundry and accommodate a later checkout—our team takes pride in making our guests feel at home. We understand your note regarding dynamic pricing during the Blues Festival; special events can sometimes impact rates, and we appreciate your understanding. We are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We, do however appreciate your feedback. We will follow up with our kitchen staff and work very hard to improve on the areas of concern noted above. Infrequently, we will need to crack more eggs (all by hand), or cook locally bought sausage which can increase our turn-around on the cook times. Offering quality food products is our goal, and this can take a bit of extra time. We hope to earn your business in the future, please consider staying with us again in the future.
