Television sets from the 1990. Really need to upgrade T.V and the lights in the rooms.

The location is amazing and the view from the window is amazing. You can see that this hotel has old television sets and that the equipment is from the 1990. The front desk personal were pleasent. The coffee was horrible.

The hotel was fine but there was a loud group of family it friends staying there and of course that's not a reflection on the hotel. Only thing I can say is it might need a little updating but for the price it was great

The room was smaller than I had thought when I booked a suite. The door that split the rooms didn't stay closed. The main door's lock didn't secure unless you lifted the door a bit for the lock to latch onto the doorframe. The room phone didn't work. We didn't feel safe. The carpet had stains all over the place. There were holes in the walls. There were holes and rust under the AC units. The cabinets were showing wear and tear and were missing handles. The light in the restroom was dirty from the inside, kept flickering, and wasn't bright at all. There were light switches but they didn't work. We used the lamps for lighting. Fake advertisement! The third morning, my sister requested a room cleaning that never happened. When we got back to the room a little past midnight, there was a horrible smell of the trash and the AC temperature had been raised about 10 degrees. The room smelled, was hot, and felt stuffy. When I inquired about the cleaning, the person in front pointed to the dry-erase board and said a note had been written down but didn't know why nobody had gone to clean it. The staff made 0 attempt to rectify the situation neither before nor after I stated that it was going to be the last night of our stay. It was not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The place is clean enough for a quick stay, and not nasty by any means. But, it does fall short in the cleanliness aspect.

The room was great for the price point. The bed was super comfy, and the AC would have kept penguins satisfied.

I don’t like the bugs in the restroom at night. First night I killed one and second night I killed three.

The hotel have no breakfast. Also at night I kill few bugs in the restroom. I encourage to spray so you will have no complaint for the future. I’m not that type of person to complain but need to be done. The person who was in customer service ( black guy) I didn’t know his name was very polite and professional. Overall was pleasant , and location was very good.

The elevator and entire floor I was on smelled like marijuana. It was thick! From when I checked in all the way to the next morning

The furniture in the suite was older, but the room was very clean. I loved the space of the room with the little living room space separate from the bedroom. Nice proximity to the beach, just a short walk. Hotel was very quiet which was exactly what I needed for the weekend.

Front desk lady said there were no rooms so we booked online. Walked back in, miraculously there was rooms Made us wait and checked someone else in before us and made us wait The said come back in a couple of hours when SHE had a room ready (really) WEIRD !!!

The beds unfortunately while they weren’t the worst they definitely weren’t the greatest either they were very stiff and hard.

The location being close to the beach and everything was my favorite I didn’t even have to drive to the beach which is great lol I drove 11 hrs down there from Knoxville tn I didn’t wanna drive anymore lol

I didn't like how I asked for extra blankets they never came. The phone worked but it was missing the directory to call. There were no tables and chairs in the room but We had a 1 seater couch.

I liked how close we were to the beach just a five minute walk. I liked that the family suite is very spacious. The room was clean. I liked that the Ice machine was indoors. We were very comfortable.
