Key cards failed more than once and had to get new cards from the front desk. Fire alarm went off in middle of night and we had to exit building for a while, not the hotels fault, it was a couple of pranksters pulled a fire alarm - and the fire department has to come to reset it.

Quiet and comfortable. Large clean rooms. Pool tub and gym facilities good. Very uncrowded this time of year (oct). Good value for money. Friendly staff. Breakfast good, not great: I've had better, but I've also had a lot worse. Large game room looked like good from for kids, we didn't use it.

Bed mattresses were far too soft, so soft that it forced us to drift and sink into the center of the bed.

The front desk lady, Kaitlyn, was very rude, not very helpful, not very informational, and not just rude to me but other guests as well. Romanita, the night lady, was very personable and was very apologetic for her co-workers' behavior. She was a very nice lady, very informational and helpful

Breakfast was so so - poor quality bacon and the eggs you could tell came from a carton. OJ was good, but the machine was broken and had to be manipulated to use it. Would have been nice to have sausage available.

Property is in desperate need of outside landscaping/general maintenance. Terrible aesthetics, but a comfortable stay. If you just need a comfortable clean room to lay your head, good choice.Great value.

Room was dirty and bathroom we didn't have any toilet paper had to ask for some we had to rooms conjoined 1 microwave did not work and 1 bathroom toilet was leaking I booked ahead of time asked for 1st got 4th as my son is afraid of elevators and my baby has respiratory issues so going up in elevators is hard for her i just stayed in the room with her most of the time and my wife took the kids to the pool

Very tired looking hotel. Surprisingly has a decent looking pool but that's out of keeping with the rest of the place. Common area of which looks like 1950s with a few 1990s modernisations. Breakfast was possibly the worst experience. Paper plates plastic utensils very limited offerings. There are other hotels nearby that are probably better value, unless you want the pool..

Key cards didn't always work well. Stain on chair in our room. Staff was sadly lacking in information about Plattsburgh. Breakfast was horrible on our last day. No sausages, eggs, bacon, waffles, or regular coffee. We were told that the breakfast girl had left to pick up her kid. We think that there needs to be better management. No housekeeping unless you request it, but we weren't told this when we checked in. Finally, really disliked the tv programming. Spectrum in the rooms but Direct TV in the lounge area.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. It was clean. Shower was great. Pool was nice. Parking great. Staff was very friendly and check in quick. We would come back. Nice to have coffee in the lounge area at all times.

The location is great and across the street from restaurants and shopping centers . This is not a fancy 5 stars hotel but it serves well for its purpose . The staff was nice and helpful whenever we asked for anything ( extra towels , crib , ....). Breakfast was good and standard ( eggs , sausage , cereal , waffle , yogurt, coffee , fruits ) The bed mattresses were a bit stiff but again this is something that differs from one person to another and my back is a bit sensitive to hotel beds .

The pool room. There are a lot of cracks, places where water and dirt has settled. Rust in other places, and the hot tub smelled like worms on a rainy day.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful when needed.
