Bed was a little hard than I liked. Water in shower didn't get very hot.

The woman at the front desk was very kind. When I got to my room there was stuff in the freezer of the refrigerator. There was a dirty qutip between the table and the bed. There are some brown stain thing on the pillowcase. There was an empty creamer container behind the curtain. I'm wondering if the room was ever really cleaned or if they just made the beds real quick because the floor doesn't look like the floor had been swept rither. The pool was cold, didn't feel heated. Other times we went to the front desk, the people at the desk, (I think it's all family) they never showed any emotions, NONE. No smiles, THEY DID NOT SPEAK AT ALL. I had to ask for a do not disturb sign, they handed it to me, I smiled, said thank you, I needed this because they came to your door early in the morning and just knocked on it and said hello over and over and over . they wouldn't stop . I was there for rest I did not appreciate that at all . An old man getting off the elevator with the housekeeping would not let us through he was very rude. They all were. The only person who is courteous was a young woman working at the front desk. They had something on the TV that would not go away that was kind of annoying some kind of advertisement it would always pop up go away then pop back up. That was annoying. They said they had a continental breakfast it was some nasty Bagels plain bread butter waffles syrup couple kinds of cereal orange juice and apple juice and some little cake thanks. I was not impressed by the breakfast. You want me to share photos, I should have took some but I didn't

I came to get some good rest after recovering from open heart surgery, and symptoms from cancer. So the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was close so that was convenient. I had my grand daughter over for the swimming pool. She enjoyed it.

The carpets are very very dirty in the room ! The rooms had a weird smell and the hallway smelled weird too ! I did see the mold in the bathroom . The pool was nothing like the pictures! The heat pool was broken too

Could use some paint in the hallways. Walls were pretty dinged up. Lots of scratches on hallway walls. Only ice vending machine was on the first floor - so pretty inconvenient since my room was not on the first floor.

I have stayed here multiple times and had no idea there was even a pool...😳😂 Was SUPER disappointed that as an indoor pool it wasnt heated....the water was unbearably FREEZING. I my 4 days there, no one cleaned the room. Which I have noticed that going down hill the past few times I have stayed here. Breakfast was promoted at 6am, but at least 1 morning food didn't get put out till after 630am and I ate in the dark as the lady putting out the food didn't even turn on the lights. Luckily I had a little bit of time to wait before I was headed into work....

Room wasn't vacuumed. Dust on lamp stands. Breakfast not a good selection have more at my house. Carpet in hallway dirty. Incomplete updates. Elevator dirty. Travel size products.

The elevator stopped working while I was there. Was pretty alarming and very inconvenient to have to deal with all the luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs.....thank God no one was on it at the time...lighting is really bad in the rooms. Definitely needs to be updated in that aspect. I was not offered free room upgrade even though they weren't fully booked at all.

A lot of chipped paint , hallway on second floor smelled . Pool needs re painting as the flooring was chipped up . Old work out gym adjacent to the indoor pool room full of clutter and tools and buckets . Upon entering our room the ac was off and it was extremely hot inside and smelled of old cigarette smoke . Our neighbors room was never shut 216 and smelled
