My credit card was charged one month in advance and USD-CAD was high, I lost $225just in exchange just because of that, wish he waited to charge me closer to stay, I would've saved $225.

We went for off-roading at Moab and here my review staying there for a week +. What a stunning place — truly scenic and set in what seems like one of the most upscale communities near Moab. We drove over 3,400 km from Toronto to Moab, and staying here made the entire journey worth it. It was the perfect home base for our adventure and left us with unforgettable memories. Mr. Tom was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself was amazing — beautifully designed with spacious bedrooms, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, and a super roomy family room where we could all relax comfortably. The home had a cozy, inviting feel, and it was absolutely spotless — not a speck of dust in sight. Parking was a breeze with two spots right in front and a two-car garage, which made things super convenient. And the amenities? Simply outstanding. The facility features a world-class heated swimming pool and an exceptional hot tub with powerful jets — both were extremely clean and well-maintained. I genuinely loved every minute we spent here. If you're planning a trip to Moab and this place is available — don't hesitate. If your budget allows, this is hands down the best place to stay. I wouldn’t even think twice about where to book next time — this will be it.

Pillows need replaced. I didn't sleep well due to the flat pillows in the master suite.

This is our second time staying in this home. We love the full size kitchen, large table for dinner and card games. It's nice to have access to the garage . We like that it's far enough to feel like we are out of the chaos of town but close enough to easily access trails and restaurants. The master bedroom is very nice with a large room and bathroom and king sized bed.

Patio was fairly dirty.

Wonderful location, away from the noise. Lovely pool and hot tub in commons. House was well furnished with essentials (e.g. kitchenware, dinnerware, spices, paper towel, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, champoo, body wash). Beds were very comfortable and pleasant decor. Ample parking plus 2.5 car garage. Good views! It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Moab area. Host was friendly and accommodating.

The front right burner on stove. Knob is broken, burner turned on but couldn’t get it to turn off and it’s gas. Contact person resolved issue, just made me nervous. Needs to be repaired or a note saying “don’t use burner. Consider removal of knob and burner crate so doesn’t get used. I even tried pliers.

The unit was a little harder to find than expected as it did not appear between the addresses before and after it but rather around the corner from them. We found a map of the development posted nearby.

The property was very spacious and we had enough rooms and beds for our group of five to be very comfortable. The property manager was very quick to respond to my text request for the pool access code. The pool was much appreciated after a very hot afternoon at Arches which is about 10+ minutes on the other side of Moab. Very quiet, clean, and cool with good AC.

At check in all lights are left on by the housekeeper. Every single one, in the middle of the day in bright sunlight. It wastes energy and necessitates going around turning off light. Also they do something “cute” with the boxes of facial tissues in each room. They use a half a dozen tissues to make some kind of arrangement on top of the box which in the end looks like someone pulled too many tissues and stuffed them hastily back. Since the tissues have been handled you have no choice but to waste them.

Was really hard to find. GPS does not take you to actual unit, so we drove around for a while in the dark. Also, there was no hot water in shower. It was warm (never hot) for first 2 minutes and then cold, which was an unpleasant surprise after hiking in the snow all day.

Big house with nice rooms and nice kitchen. Liked twin beds for my kids. Liked garage.

We had an awful experience here and would advise to avoid it at all costs. The oven was faulty and due to this we had a severe gas leak; the house was full of fumes when we arrived home on the second day, and we had to call the fire marshall. We were unable to contact Moab Lodging and our host, Tom. We evacuated the building and the fire marshall found alternative accommodation for us. We were told that if left much longer the gas would have reacted with the pilot light on the fireplace and the house could have blown. The customer service from Tom is woefully inadequate. Initially he blamed us for the leak, then he accused us of exaggerating, then he accused us of not trying to contact him. He offered to compensate 2/3s of the stay, but changed his mind when we wouldn't drop the complaint. He did refund one night's stay, but deducted some bogus fees from the price. It was a very stressful and costly experience for us and would not want it to happen to anyone else. We would deem the property too dangerous to stay there. Please note this is the second complaint about a faulty oven at the property.

We lost tonight around the facilities cause didn’t have any map. The street didn’t have enough lights. Looked very scary.

The living room and king bedroom are big. Also, roof is high.
