The sign indicating the property's name could be bigger; we drove past it, but the directions were good and it was easy to get in.

So convenient, yet tucked back on a quiet street. Perfect space for my son and I to stay on our recent hiking trip. Loved the well equipped little kitchen area. It had everything we needed to make a hot breakfast before hiking. Comfortable beds and pillows. The toiletries were appreciated. At the end of the day, it was nice to walk only a few steps to the cute Thai restaurant next door- loved the pad thai. So glad we found the perfect little spot to stay in Moab!

The parking lot entrance is not marked prominently so we drove around block once before we realized where to pull in. There is a nice sign but it was dark when we arrived.

You have your own tiny house (like a studio apartment but with a nice kitchen and large bathroom); there is a central covered courtyard with BBQ grills and chairs. It is a block from main street, but it's sort of enclosed, so it feels more private and secluded at the same time. The whole space has so much more character than a hotel--we really preferred it. The room was super clean. The kitchen was much better supplied than we usually see. We usually cook in our room--there were 4 full place settings, a ton of spices, plenty of pots and pans--very nice. The two bunk beds would have been great for kids but on this trip it was just two people.

The TV was a tad small and was high up so I could see that being a slight annoyance for some. The bathroom door is also a barn door which I know not everyone enjoys. The ladder to the upper bunk bed was also narrow.

The location was perfect! It was on a side road off the main road so not as many vehicles driving down the street, and was near a park and restaurants. The facilities offered were nice and the furniture and beds were comfortable. It also came with a full size fridge.

Very nice design, perfect for a family of 4 the bunkbeds are so clever and very comfortable. Loved the communal space so we could grill some hot dogs for the kids.

Was overall very clean however there were some shoes/clothes left behind by other guests in our closet but the host was very quick to respond about it and very nice.

Only thing is that there is not much room to keep luggage or hang clothes, outerwear etc.

Great location, good atmosphere and amenities i.e. grill, hot top bike storage area etc. Kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for two, a bit cramped for more. But we loved it 😊

It was a cute tiny place that was cozy. We were able to cook our meals easily but didn’t really have a place for all 4 of us to eat. There is a little table for two but the weather was cold to eat outside. The bathroom is a good size and all the beds were comfortable. Easy location to find and nice it wasn’t on a busy main road. They have a small parking area that you park and walk through the fenced area to get to the homes. Very clean and safe area. Will definitely stay here again.

AC didn’t blow super cold and being in 100 degree weather you really had to crank it to cool the place down.

Location was unbeatable, we were able to walk everywhere. Grills were a nice touch as well if we wanted to cook at home. Loved not sharing walls as well. That was a huge perk with having kids.

Not much storage space (and when you travel four people you bring a lot of stuff). Could maybe use some more hooks in the bathroom for towels, but this is a small thing. Be aware, if you stay here when it’s cold outside, there’s not much dining space inside the unit.

Really lovely unit with light interior and a great atmosphere. The bunk bed was awesome for the kids and the extra large bed was amazing for the adults. We enjoyed eating our meals outside on the shared patio. All in all a great place, can definitely recommend! :-)

Please switch to unscented laundry detergent - it would make a HUGE difference in our comfort!! More hooks would be handy.
