It’s one of those hotels where the middle is open and the rooms are all around. There were several events that occurred while there that were quite loud and easy to hear from multiple floors up.

Urgent: Refund and Lost Items – Stay from 18–23 June Dear Embassy Suites by Hilton Bellevue, I am writing regarding our stay from 18 June to 23 June. We were a group of 7 guests, and unfortunately, we have not yet received our refund. We have made several calls but have been unable to reach a supervisor. In addition, I left some clothes at the hotel during our stay. I have also been unable to reach the housekeeping department to arrange for their return. Could not get room temp below 70 degrees, had issues with TV’s but they sent someone up right away and he fixed them

The room was nice with the separate rooms, breakfast was very good, they also have a sort of happy hour for (guests only) 2 free drinks and snacks that was really cool, indoor pool was awesome also

Wish there was an EV charger onsite. No toilet paper when we arrived and no shampoo in the shower dispenser.

I contacted the hotel via email when I first booked the room in October (2024) to inquire about potentially arriving an hour early, as the stated check-in was for 4 pm, when most establishments allow for a 3 pm check-in. They did not respond to me until days before my stay (May 2025) to tell me "no". I was fine with being told that I could not get in early, but I found that they took so long to get back to me unacceptable. I know that my initial email was received at the time it was sent, as I received a confirmation email. The delayed response made me feel like the hotel only cared about getting the money for my stay, but not for me as a consumer.

I enjoyed the housekeeping staff - they were very kind and considerate. The free breakfasts were wonderful, although I wish there were more healthy options.

Neighbors kids were running and yelling. Maybe make every other room filling? Ttv not working guide wouldn't come up no kong or espn to watch sports. Toilets near to floor. Very difficult to get up and down. No resturaunt or breakfast.x1. Need to work on breakfast. Poor quality. Coffee good.

One of the elevators was under construction leaving just two elevators for a five floor hotel with hundreds of guests. We had to wait 5-7 min for the elevator to bring us down from the third floor because it kept coming up full of people.

The room had a separate bedroom and living room space, making it great for a family. The couch had a pullout bed as well.

The coffee machine is outdated, and "tea drinkers" are forced to use the same coffee maker with almost no tea selection. The bathroom is a bit outdated. Only one elevator functioned.
