It's been over a month I stayed here for 2nd time and have yet to receive my security deposit back on my card . So don't expect to get it back and elevator out of service .

Tv didn't work when we checked in. They did fix it when we returned back to the hotel. The bed had a roll to the middle effect when you laid down.

the water in the showers never reached hot is was warm and even waiting a little bit and it just was not pleasant but the sink water got really hot.

the breakfast was fresh and hot always, it was in a nice spot and the hotel was very clean. the TV was easy to use the AC/Heater worked fantastic.

The tv in our room was not working - again the front desk was trying to be helpful - asked where was the maintenance personnel - apparently he left earlier and back up, did not respond to her phone calls. Property was sold out for the night and couldn’t move us to another room - we agreed to stay at a reduced rate. Property is “a little” tired!

Location and staff - the lady on the front desk was very helpful - did her best to over come problems with property - door keys did not work and had to get ones - this happened to several other guests.

The beds weren't awful but they could have been better. Could not get a handicap accessible room with double beds and a shower. That was disappointing.

I could hear everything on the Interstate and didn't sleep well at all. The room smelled like mildew. The power sockets were poorly installed and didn't work unless you held them in place, if they worked at all. The "complimentary" shower dispensers were empty. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre.

It wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed but far from the best. The staff was friendly.

I was expecting more with breakfast. the last morning we didn’t get to eat due to there wasn’t anything left only juice. we ended up having to go find breakfast. no fresh towels had to go downstairs to get some.

Having a room with a door to another room and neighbour trying to open it at night. Found an insect walking on the wall of a bathroom -- I don't know if it's part of the guest experience or not.

the bathrooms are a little out dated and the room is smaller than other Fairfields.

The breakfast was nice, had waffles and other entrees available. The lady who refilled the food was very nice and helpful. There was a little boy who wanted a banana, there weren't any out, but the staff member went to the kitchen and brought him one. The beds were comfortable and for once the pillows did not give me a stiff neck in the morning.

Rooms smelled like a gym locker room, huge cockroach in the bedroom, the pool was closed (main reason we had picked that hotel), the window is very thin and not sealed to the wall so we could hear trucks and construction all night, the chocolate milk was spoiled (how do they handle their food??) We left the next morning and would have left the same night if we could and we were told we would be reimbursed but then it’s a battle between the hotel and booking.com so of course no one is going to reimburse us

Clean, friendly front desk staff who made sure we were happy. They changed us to another room after the TV didn’t work in the first room. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pulled up looked like it was vacant outside weeds all over not maintained looked pitiful. Ants all over our room asked to have it cleaned and sprayed never was. A room we stayed four nights and we had to ask to get it picked up. They said they did it if you stayed more than two they never did.
