I requested for Accessible room because I am disabled. I was given one that was very near to the front office. I like the bathroom, it made it safe for me when I used it.

I don't like the pillow. I woke up a few times in the middle of the night. The TV remote control is not user friendly.

Great nice staff, Mia is wonderful!!

T.V. In room did not work, fan is bathroom sounded like it was going to detonate. Great nice people!

Location is not bad and the building is very good. One of the quietest motels as far as noise from other guests.

Breakfast could be improved with more offerings. Biscuits and gravy and more fresh fruit would help?

Had an amazing relaxing time. We always stay here when we visit Sierra Vista. Wonderful staff,clean rooms, good breakfast.

Need to get the hot tub fixed

They have a happy hour-2 free drinks per room. Also lite snacks, nachos, soup, salad, all included at no charge. Breakfast is decent

Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Amazing value. Right outside the gate for military members too. Very clean. Solid internet.

The kitchenette is not as stocked as it could be, but that was not an issue for us at all. Just noting it in case it’s a big deal for someone else.

Not only did they offer free breakfast and happy hour, four nights a week they offer a free light dinner! All of this was offered at a very affordable nightly room rate.

The lovely experience started with a greeting from Ericka. She explained that there was a meal available for us - nachos and salad. It was wonderful! The room was large - great recliner - comfortable bed. OK breakfast in the morning. Oh, she also gave us 2 diet cokes and said water bottles were available. How kind! One weird thing = there was a tall man with no shoes or socks. He was sitting on the outside bench when we arrived and was smoking. We saw him there several times and inside watching TV. He was at breakfast and had control of the TV remote as he ate breakfast. Still no shoes or socks. Never experienced such a character in a hotel. I tried to book a room for us for a year from now, but the calendar is not yet open. I will try after Jan 1 2026.

Not only an amazing breakfast but you get a free drink everyday you book The room, AND they have snacks throughout the day! Amazing customer service, they were so so helpful and so kind! The rooms are clean and very cozy!

Jacuzzi doesn't get hot but the bubbles work

Very comfortable and clean. The staff were always asking if there was anything we needed and if everything was ok. Very friendly.

It was inexpensive

I do not appreciate having to pay a deposit that was not in the listing at all. Both the person at the desk and Booking completely dismissed my concerns. It seems Booking does not have to be accurate. I purposely DO NOT stay at places that require a deposit. This is for 2 reasons 1. If a credit card on file is not enough, the they must be worried about theft so it means it's unsafe. 2. I travel full time. I sometimes stay in different hotels each night as I drive across the country. Paying a nonsensical deposit at each place that will stay on hold for up to a week will deplete my bank account quickly. I won't be staying here again because of the deposit issue and the bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever had. It's really too bad because this could be a great place.
